I am under the assumption that the delay is for the ultimate purpose that $tsnpd share price will be higher to give dollar value of FORW warrants that much more weight. Now, whether there’s news that will be released, or hopes for the market to turn upward, who knows?
On one hand I wish FTRS had more eyes, on the other, I’m happy to keep accumulating.
Just one added shareholder can send this up .50 with how tight the float is.
I can only think what 10, 20, 100 new buyers can do to the share price.
I think it’s going to be a great year here at Futuris. Patient hands will get rewarded.
Holding, betting on that CE being removed (Fairly confident on this one)... once it does, I'll add to my position. When they let the cat out of the bag via their tweet (prior to Sharp telling them to delete it) it should give all of us shareholders extra confidence in where this is headed.
It's increasing day-by-day... We will find out numbers after financials are released.
I do not know the details - or the ratio/value of $forw warrants to $tsnp share price, but based on what GS has mentioned via Twitter - as $tsnp goes up in share price, $forw warrant’s value per share will only increase further, making the spread between the two companies larger and larger.
Feedback? Thoughts?

We are creatures of God, but not all children. Nonetheless, people can still “act” like idiots... that’s probably a better way to phrase it.
Tim is an idiot and GS pandering to his nonsense is just as bad.
$forw
Know what you own. And know where this is headed.
Dollar bound.
BEAST MODE...
$tsnp BEAST MODE... dollar land real soon
Any upcoming news that’s to be expected?
Solid hands. PRs coming Today/Monday...
Thats good. They gotta keep the filings rollin...

We are just getting started...
When people wake up and realize the value here FORW will follow suit.

George imo does not want to be part of a pump. That tweet was a pump even though what was said may be true... I think throwing the “Nasdaq” out there was the pump part. NIHK knows the following George has and probably prematurely jumped the gun... the CE is still posted and there shouting out Nasdaq bound. George owns stock in GMPW and is not working for them, so that tweet is still posted. Either way, George doesn’t get his hands dirty so things look good for both NIHK and GMPW
I see nothing but upside. How high, time will tell.
Playing a little catch up I see

"As a result of the public’s enthusiasm in HUMBL’s endeavors, the warrants negotiated by Forwardly are already well in the money, and Forwardly owns an asset worth over one hundred million dollars. This will provide us the leverage to raise additional funds for all of our projects at optimally attractive terms."
Interesting you mention Starsona, but not LifeAir G1 Ventilator... Personally, I am not a fan of the Starsona investment. I do like the mobile ventilator play. Is there something else in the works? We have a conference call coming up in a few weeks...
Book Value Per Share
Per Forwardly's Tweet: "Each penny change (up or down) in $TSNP's share price represents a change of $5 million move in $FORW's asset value."
Total Stockholder's Equity (At $tsnp .20/pps valuation)... $5,000,000x20=$100,000,000
No. of Outstanding Shares: 400,324,346
Forwardly's Adjusted Book Value Share Price: .225
Current Trading Price: .06
Book Value Per Share: .225

With $forw share structure, major investment in HUMBL, and other current/future endeavors... it makes no sense to invest in $tsnp and not $forw...
If anything, investing $forw may pay a higher dividend in comparison to $tsnp in the long run.
Congratulations!
Who is smart enough to figure out the adjusted pps for FORWARDLY if/when $tsnp hits the dollar mark according to their investment in HUMBL alone.
:)
What a deal these prices are. $tsnp will be $1+ in the near future... any idea what value that puts FORWARDLY at???
How about $5?? Because a year from now once HUMBL is on the map and in peoples hands, $5/share is very likely...
imho
Trippin if you think this is some sort of pump. RM coming imo
Tis the season for MERGER & ACQUISITIONS...
www.thunes.com coming soon...

My point is that their relationship may part ways sooner than later. George and Brian have two very different dispositions. Who is the voice of the company? Seems like Sharp is and it contrasts the professionalism that Brian exudes...
Nonetheless, hope we move forward.
HUMBLpay and co have a very professional disposition. Brian Foote speaks humbly and yet full of confidence. Sharp bashes others (it’s nothing new) and talks about being naked prior to the CC. Here we have a pathetic article from Seeking Alpha, and instead of going all out condemning them, he tells those investors (believers) in $tsnp “good job” for following such advice. Misplaced blame. He could of backed up $tsnp and its shareholders by tweeting facts and solely going after Seeking Alpha instead. But he’s made other comments that are arrogant as well. That’s his personality though... hard to see him being part of $HUMBLpay much longer.
What a roller coaster! I’m riding this through and through. I have not seen any red flags with HUMBLPay, aside from the stupid comments Sharp has made of recently, but $tsnp is oversold. This could bounce. Our big days will be mergers/acquisitions, app rollout, revenues - all currently being done now through the first few months of 2021.
$tsnp Long and Strong
Seems oversold. Sharp could be his own worse enemy imo hopefully a bounce soon but many investors have turned away
I’m trying to get an idea of what Dryworlds worth.. any perspective in regards to current market cap, valuation? I understand what they are shooting for, but how about currently...
A fifteen cent stock (it’ll go higher). Do we even have positive cash flow? I cringe with the “Nasdaq soon” gets tossed around.
Big things coming nonetheless IMO

TSLA had a ~60B market cap December 19'
TSLA TODAY has a ~600B market cap
540+ Billion in one year... and still going strong.
Market Cap is a number, people.
We are on the same page brother. The day-to-day means nothing to me. I am long and strong, as you are.
Why does $forw and $tsnp follow each other almost to the T? Outside of George Sharp, is there another reason?
I don’t like seeing red, but I can see why this happens. Some want immediate gratification, and then panic follows.
However, I am more BULLISH than I ever have been after the conference call yesterday.
Long and Strong
Personally, this is a fantastic investment. For the novice trader, do the following:
1. Buy a position.
2. Close your eyes for a year.
3. Wake up and buy yourself a bottle of champagne or a nice Whiskey.
4. Log into your brokerage account.
5. Cheers yourself.
