He convinced investors to buy more shares at .0045 ( Special Offer ) and you immediately lost 450 % of your money. He didn't use his money to pay Cozen, he used yours and mine. Instead for his failures he rewarded himself an additional $500,000 salary added to his already $500,000 for being a failure CEO along with the rest of his merry thieves.
Humble prasises this scumbag everyday, so I guess you should too.
We will not benefit. You just got reversed split and he is trying to make it look like a gift.
Lipstick on a pig is more like it. Holman and his band of thieves sold all their HCMC stock so what is left of the company??? ( zero )
My 12 million shares just became 169 shares. of the new company or $1,690.00
Since I invested $15,000.00 That's my gift. and yours too.
Post the real numbers humble.
Rather than propose a R/S,$HCMC has a 4-point plan that includes the following:
A buyback of up to $5,000,000 of HCMC common stock. AT WHAT PRICE PER SHARE, WHICH IS THE MOST IMPORTANT FACT>
A spinoff of certain HCMC assets into a new publicly traded company (hereinafter referred to as “NewCo” until a name is announced).
A stock dividend to HCMC shareholders of the stock in NewCo, on a to be determined record date, of 100% of the initially issued shares in the new public company, subject to certain dividend conditions. THE RECORD DATE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE THE DATE OF THE OFFERING. THAT IS A MAJOR FACTOR.
Equity capital raises from institutional investors to strengthen and fund both HCMC and NewCo moving forward. WHAT HAPPENS TO THE 27 MILLION RAISED DURING THE OFFERING? ALL VERY IMPORTANT VALUE ISSUES.
WE NEED THE REAL NUMBERS HUMBLE. YOU KEEP POSTING VAGUE INFORMATION
WITH NO VALUE ATTACHED TO IT.
I believe it is the number of shares owned at the time of the offering. No point to buying a bunch of new shares.
Correct me if I am wrong, but I thought they were going to base the share price on the price at
the time of the offering. Again correct me if I am wrong.
You might want to also talk about how new Tesla buyers in the last 6 months are getting royally screwed along with the used Tesla market as well. Can't even get any reasonable money for your used Tesla either for sale or even worse trade value is worthless.
Looks that way doesn't it ??
If everything was so cozy with HCMC, why sell all your shares??
No answers from the fan boys, because they have no answers.
In other words I bought a LEMON. Tesla is aware of it but never had any mercy or consideration for the number of things that broke down.
You are correct Boston. Trainer doesn't know very much about Tesla expenses. I have owned one for eight years, I speak from experience not with a forked tongue.
More facts for trainer:
1. My insurance for my 2015 Tesla Model S costs me much more than my much newer Chevy Silverado 75% more Property taxes almost the same and the sales tax was astronomical when I first bought the Tesla.
I asked my insurer why so much more and he said when most Teslas get into a accident, the cost to repair them is so high they just total a lot of the claims. Tesla has you captive to any kind of repairs which you get highly ripped off for also because they won't sell their parts to anyone. There are alot of mom and pop shops out there that will do the work cheaper, Tesla won't sell them the parts.
By the time most Tesla buyers get to the real expenses to own a Tesla, it's already too late.
EV's will require less repair than CE's because of what they are in design.
Wrong again. I have spent thousands on out of warranty repairs for my model S, more than I spent on my last three Lexus RXs combined. I'm not talking about oil changes, I mean actual repairs.
Teslas use oil in their motors and transmission to lubricate the bearings and gears.
They also use oil in their differential.Same reason.
They also use a coolant for the batteries. That is for sure, the leak happened to me in my 2015 S
You read it wrong. Not 1 to 1
Ask Holman not me why all the execs are selling.
I just want to know who the buyers are.
Execs dumped whats left of their shares... Who is buying them???
Holman and Humble, SNL this weekend.
This should make you laugh.
"The team remains disciplined in our cost management, while enhancing our ability to deliver exceptional results for our shareholders." .0001 delivered.
$6,000,000 for Holman .0001 delivered for the investors.
Holman $1 mil salary
Holman $5 mil stock sales so far in 2023
I feel exceptionally better now
Exactly Italia. They have sucked every penny for themselves while the investors took huge losses. The last three years this went from .0065 to .0001 and .0002.
You forgot the so called Consulting Co ( A Shell) probably made of his friends and family menbers.,
$27 million special offering which also diluted the share value of the investors while they doubled their salaries. yet certain posters keep tring to paint them as generous Heroes.
PM is selling the vapes again. They are all bailing on their shares. Corrupt Scumbags.
So we will be given a piece of the New Company and the NEW CEO will steal all that money in salary as well. Fu.king Heroes. We don't need heroes, we need HONEST BUSINESS MEN. Instead we got corrupt lawyers.
That should be enough to tell you how much they are paying themselves and taking all the profits along with paying Cozen large amounts of money to Fu.k up the court cases.
Would you explain to us why you are so bullish. Not your emotions but your brain.
Would really appreciate the fine details.
Either what you are saying, or they feel they will lose the appeal and game over.
No matter what, the truth is, in the last three years this POS has declined big time.
Investors have been royally screwed.
The institutional investors are having some fun again today.
They just might get a sucker to bite.
Holman had 44,000,000,000
He has 8,800,000,000 left. as of 03/28/2023
Whose buying????
This looks better than Tesla, at least in my last nightmare
Back to .00000 again. Very interesting???
Explain this Humble
03/23/23 Clifford Friedman dumped 500,000,000 shares
3/21/23 Jeffrey Holman dumped 39,000,000,000 shares
3/23/23 Christopher Santi dumped 17,000,000,000 shares
someone dumped another 500,000,000 shares today but I don't know who yet.
PM is selling the products again. Happy Days are here again, at least for Philip Morris
No idea... You will have to ask the resident expert. "Humble"
Closed yesterday at "0"
Back to .0001 again today.
What is going on???
Why did Holman dump as many of his shares as he could get rid of. Why is HCMC at 0
Whatever is going on, Holman isn't talking YET.

Healthier Choices Management (OTCMKTS:HCMC) stock is taking a beating on Monday thanks to an update on its court case with Philip Morris International (NYSE:PM).

Healthier Choices Management has been duking it out with Philip Morris International over alleged patent infringements. However, that case looks to be coming to a close and not in the favor of HCMC.
According to Healthier Choices Management, its Motion for Leave to Amend its Complaint in the case has been denied. That may mean the end of the battle with PM that many investors were hoping the company would win with the court dismissing the case.
Healthier Choices Management released the following statement concerning the court case.
“HCMC is deeply disappointed in the Court’s decision to dismiss the case and is exploring its options for appeal with its counsel, Cozen O’Connor.”
Of course, that news brings with it heavy trading of HCMC stock. As of this writing, more than 3 billion shares of the stock have been traded. To put that in perspective, the company’s daily average trading volume is closer to 647 million shares.
Looks like Holman dumped most of his shares for .0001
Hows that buy back going.

Explanation of Responses:
You want to repeat this again, we must have missed it.
While you are at it post Holmans salary, all his execs salary, employees salary, Cozens fees, how much the so called Consulting Company is being paid. What they are consulting Holman about??? In other words Incomes verses expenses.
You're right. I remember that. I think the large institutional investors have been manipulating this for a while now. A lot of big players are into this stock.
Did she give any reason why she is selling??? Biggest Pumper is now selling???
If we don't start seeing something positive by June, I will have no more hope. Just more BS by Holman.
I agree. Sandy Munroe even tried to tell Elon to use the radar. He was very specific about FLIR. Any pilot worth his salt would not fly without it since it is essential for safety in bad weather.
Mostly military pilots had it for years. It is now pretty common in general aviation aircraft as well.
You keep posting the same thing over and over. Explain where is all the money going if this
is the truth???
The number of these accidents keeps adding up.
Can't all be human error.
Elon keeps on insisting that A I is 1,000 times smarter than us humans, so why doesn't he use A I to fix his FSD software since his engineers can't.
It was discovered that the judge who was deciding the infringement case between PM and HCMC was a longtime shareholder of PM stock. Why did Cozen not insist he be removed from the case due to possible bias and why did he not disclose himself beforehand and recuse himself. This entire case is a mockery and I would say laughable it wasn't so serious and mishandled.
They paid Cozen big money to F.ck up the patent filing in the first place. I hope they are doing some pro bono work to make up for the disaster they created that caused another almost one year of lost time and money as the patent board declares the patent invalid in its current filing.
They are only letting it remain until HCMC has exhausted all appeals. In the mean time Phillip Morris has resumed selling the infringed IQ with what seems like no penalties. Holman and Cozen need to come clean with all the legal issues and what the truth is.
PM is making good money and we are making nothing.
Still things are not clear. $5,000,000 at what price per share??
Clearly a large part of that money is coming from the special offering of last year which in reality is shareholder money that is being used to do the buy back, not his personal money.
Certainly to reduce the total number of shares is a good thing.
Also they have listed a total of $60,000,000 a year from all the combined businesses.
Why no increase in HCMC share price if that is the case.
What is his salary, and what are the salaries of all the employees or execs
Is there a breakdown of all the expenses verses the incoming revenue.
Where can we get that info??
The last part that I read was the patent would remain valid until all appeals have been exhausted. I guess that is what Cozen is doing right now.
Additionally, HCMC markets its patented Q-Unit™ and Q-Cup® technology. Information on these products and the technology is available on the Company’s website. In December HCMC reported the U.S. Patent and Trademark’s Office (USPTO) Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) issued a Final Written Decision in connection with the inter parties review (IPR) of U.S. Patent No. 10,561,170. The PTAB found that all claims of the Patent are not patentable. The Company is evaluating its options, including the possibility of exercising its right of appeal to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit or first requesting a rehearing before the PTAB. The Patent remains valid and enforceable until appeals have been exhausted.
Not Patentable according to PTAB. Faulty work by Cozen seems to be the reason.
