Still things are not clear. $5,000,000 at what price per share??
Clearly a large part of that money is coming from the special offering of last year which in reality is shareholder money that is being used to do the buy back, not his personal money.
Certainly to reduce the total number of shares is a good thing.
Also they have listed a total of $60,000,000 a year from all the combined businesses.
Why no increase in HCMC share price if that is the case.
What is his salary, and what are the salaries of all the employees or execs
Is there a breakdown of all the expenses verses the incoming revenue.
Where can we get that info??
