Why else would they have it authorized...
Can someone explain why all otc companies use the (nt-10k) every time to report quarterly results late? I understand they have the ability to do so because of their classification but wouldn't it be better to be completely transparent and maybe be the one company that actually reports on time?
This is what happens when a penny stock raises their A/S so they can use shares just to stay out of bankruptcy. Very sad. I wish this company the best and really hope they can turn it around but that share increase was the first sign of trouble.
This is a crazy sight on level 2. Never seen such huge jumps from such small volume.
Gap up to 1.42 get ready!
closed green and 100 day still looks good. It's hard to say the run is over when it's so oversold. Other MJ stocks like ERBB and HEMP were down big and VAPE still went positive on low volume.
The 100 day chart is looking better and better
There would have to be at least a mil of volume for that. Highly unlikely without news. I see 1.40-1.65 today, and hopefully 2 friday
Don't worry about a little profit taking at the end of the day. Up 30.12% is a pretty nice move. The 100 day chart is a thing of beauty for a bounce play. Hopefully this pops up on a lot more traders radar and there is nice volume tomorrow.
Also, don't forget Oregon and Alaska are going for recreational legalization on this ballot. They already have medical. It will be huge if even one of the two get passed.
In at 1.10. First time playing this stock. Hopefully I don't get vaped
Well my opinion of VGPR is that it's a part of an amazing industry. The agricultural and marijuana side is not the most valuable at this point because of the size. However, the energy side of Biocoal is extremely appealing. I like the fact that they are getting orders overseas since other countries are usually ahead of the curve when it comes to experimenting with alternative energy sources. The technology is interesting and could be the next thing to catch on as the price to produce it goes down.
On the other hand, well .... I already gave my opinion on the management
It's very bizarre that you think it's a good idea to hide your opinions. You basically said you do not want to hear nor talk about any negative opinions. I guess I have mistaken the purpose of this site. What if this opinion is something you never thought of before or a new perspective? You wouldn't use that as information to make investing decisions? If you have a suspicion that your company will have difficulties creating shareholder value, wouldn't that go into your decision to buy or sell? Your opinion can change, and you need to be open to the good prospects of a company and the bad prospects of a company, especially for OTC stocks. Maybe you should try researching some Nasdaq stocks to realize how poorly most OTC stock are ran. Dont worry, my posts will be drowned out by that spammer anyway ;)
You're right, they are not a Nasdaq company and will never be with investor relations like that. So I guess you're okay with a company not being professional because they are on the OTC. Notice how I didn't need to insult you?
I'm interested in VGPR, that's why I'm here. I don't have a position right now. Your response shows that you can't look at things with an open mind. Did that interview sound anything like a conference call that a Nasdaq company would be having?
Michael Molen of VGPR should'nt have been doing this interview. It just wasnt a strong interview and I think the market is reacting a little bit. It seems like the company and business has some amazing prospects, but he doesnt seem like somebody who should be running the ship of a major public company. He even said "it's too dangerous" when talking about using twitter."it's too good to be true" is the reasoning why not everybody is using biochar. Says he doesn't think he can do better than marketwire for a pr company. Says a r/s is "not in the plans" but could still happen if the stock drops more. Too many questions unanswered and excuses. Btw, this is not a conference call. It's a low level stock radio show interview that has a marijuana stock theme. One of the guys from Biochar Now that was supposed to be there didn't even show up. Not a good call, certain people on this board hyped it up for no reason. We already knew anything good this dork had to say.
Is anyone else having trouble with the blogtalkradio site to listen to the cc? Is there another way to listen to it?
We are talking about a vitamin vapor e-cigs, not cigarettes. These things use vaporized liquid to create smoke and should last longer than a pack of cigarettes. Isnt a major part of the vitacig's success about helping people quit smoking? They could also be easily modified to last longer. There is a delicate balance of making them cheap enough to attract buyers and expensive enough to make money without losing customers. With their current price point and the fact they have no deals for large orders, they will turn away many potential customers.
In my opinion Vitacig will never make it at the $5 price point. I loved the three original flavors I got but would have never payed $5. If you're constantly puffing on it, they only last about an hour or so. They made sense as a disposable flavored vapor device at $2, but $5 with no discount for buying in bulk is ridiculous. People will not keep buying them once they find out 500 puffs really means 500 tiny puffs.
I need some help from longs. I just started doing research on this company a couple of days ago. I watched the AGM video, looked over financials and I have a few questions about this company.
1. What exactly is the proprietary patented technology?
They mentioned their system is the fastest because of this patent.
2. Why was there such a huge drop off in profit for the last quarter they reported on in aug?
The quarter before ending at the end of march had over a million in revenue. What happened?
3. Is this company ready for a market value of over 130 mil?
It's funny how you started out as a buyer of MINE when it was above .01 and then turned into a mindless basher bot once you sold for a loss. It's like you need other people to lose money so they feel what you went through. Grow up and move on.
The nationalreport.net is a satirical news site unfortunately. The stories are fake. You will notice this by looking over the site. There's even a story about Bristol Palin joining the UFC.

It looks like they at least have fixed the level 99 issue and have all the reviews back. In the next couple days they will probably have the product available for prime. IMO they are doing a good job
http://www.amazon.com/VitaminFIZZ-Lemon-Lime/dp/B00MC41QLO
Why are these new flavors on a separate page from the old Fizz? Hopefully they do not lose all the reviews and have to start over.
The penny stock apocalypse continues...
Good buys today. This is the most volume we've seen in the first half hour for awhile
A company puts out a PR showing amazing growth and the stock tanks...
Is there any explanation for this crazy price action today? I don't get it.
People are sleeping on this news big time. Exactly what I wanted to see, large production run and Amazon Prime.
I don't understand what you would expect from a product like this. This is not Pepsi releasing a new product or a new flavor of Vitamin Water. They're starting from ground zero. they have to work their way up by getting into these stores one at a time until there starts to be exponential growth in the number of stores because of popularity and brand recognition. The number of stores already carrying along with the reaction of people who have actually tried the drink are both major positives. They haven't even began their marketing campaign which they promised in the conference call.
Next resistance on level 2 is $10
Their next production run they should strap a GoPro on a case and do a timelapse video
This stock should go in investopedia under BS pump and dump penny stock.
Nobody is putting money anywhere on the OTC right now. Unfortunately, this is a bad time for much of a reaction to news
Every time it breaks through .24 more shares pop up on the ask. Looks like it could be getting held down by MMs.
could see a run back to .40 today
Definitely a big deal
It's amazing to see a stock like $MINE is still so lightly traded. This probably has the highest potential of any OTC stock. There's no debate that the launch and initial acceptance of Vitamin Fizz has been much better than anyone expected. The most important thing is that the product actually tastes great and early reviews show that most people would prefer it over the competition. As a person in their early 20's I never grew up drinking any kind of sparkling carbonated vitamin drink. I liked unhealthy drinks like soda, hi-c, and kool-aid. Vitamin Fizz has the potential to taste as good as these unhealthy kids drinks, and provide the benefits of being appealing to parents. If this drink can become the preferred choice for kids and parents, I could see some big boys from Pepsi and Coca-Cola start to get nervous.
the level 2 on the ask is a thing of beauty for IGRW. .0019 .0024 .0042 .01
Looks like a nice path to follow
