Why would you sell the news at .0004 when you could have sold for .0006 or .0007 yesterday? Looks like many are taking losses.
So, is it a requirement for them to put out an 8-k for this? Would there be some penalty if they didn't?
Want to start a new company? Don't worry about money, just become a public otc company and dillute all you want.
What is going on now? What is their business now? Those sketchy products on Wellness builder so they can be the next LVGI? The company that changed their ticker to IGRW is "divesting" in the marijuana business. I don't know what PR you guys are reading.
"This conversion is the first one of a restructuring the Company's debt to equity."
Some people just cant let go. Not all news is good. In today's case, it is actually very bad. There is no other way to look at it and you can see that in the price action. You can hope and speculate for some miracle in the future but that's not the best idea with a not so transparent penny stock.
"the Company plans on divesting itself of its managed services offerings to the legal medical marijuana market segment and will focus strictly on its supplement and lifestyle products." According to that language, they might be selling the Here We Grow store.
Paying off debt with shares
PR basically said dilution and no longer in MJ. How is that a good thing?
they are talking about the San Fran Hemotology conference on CNCB
There needs to be a way to watch or at least get a transcript of the presentation they are making at 5:30 on Saturday in San Fran. They could potentially have some groundbreaking technology. I don't know if anyone else read the PR yesterday, but they are talking about HEALING leukemia cells by gene silencing. This would be pretty big news considering all the treatments that exist currently only involve KILLING of cells. Now maybe this is just early stage study with questionable results, but unless their press release was complete BS this has a lot of potential.
Did you even read or slightly understand the PR?
I guess there are a few examples. A lot of those had share reductions or cancellations to make it happen. Why the star over the last letter in the symbol?
It's an interesting strategy. From my limited experience it seems once a stock gets to .0001 or 0 bid its pretty much game over. BTZO seems to have a higher chance than most to possibly get out of the mess but I just cant see them getting to .001 without something like Oprah wearing their jeans on TV haha.
The company MINE said a similar thing during their conference call and the stock preceded to drop from .025 to a recent low of around .0033. The problem is that it's too late. It's never entirely dilution that causes the fall of these prices but the momentum and distrust brought along with it. The beginning development stage of the company is not the time to use a large amount of toxic financing. Most of these companies are forced to toxic finance because they cannot secure large investor funds or traditional loan financing. There's a reason you will never see a start up company with millions in debt on Shark Tank.
so assuming
you spend $1000 on 10 companies (10 mil shares at .0001 each) = $10000 investment
So if all but one company goes to zero you would need that one company to go .001 to break even. (10 mil x .001 = $10000)
Name one company that has gone from .0001 to .001 in under a year.
the outstanding is constantly being added onto. They don't update that everyday on financial websites. Maybe Bloomberg does, not sure. They recently increased a/s to 4.5 bil so expect that to be the o/s eventually until they raise the a/s again.
I thought this was a good strategy too when I first started, but have realized this strategy will not work in the OTC. For fortune 500 companies that idea could be useful. For companies that constantly use toxic financing and change the share structure that way of thinking can get you into a lot of trouble. There are cycles such as the past 4 months or so where most of the OTC sector has been in a sell off the entire time on low volume. It would make more sense to start buying again when there is more buying volume to offset the dilution.
I believe they have a real company, but they are scamming shareholders by being reckless with a public company the way they are. They either have no idea what they are doing by destroying shareholder value, or don't care and are cashing out. Ill even give them the benefit of the doubt and say they are probably just doing a bad job of running the company. yes, they are using shares to grow but they should not be using a massive amount of toxic financing at this step of the business. I guess you could try to play this as a triple zero flip play, but this will never have the parabolic rise that I'm looking for.
This is one of those times where it is not bashing to say the company is a scam. It is obvious they are just selling shares here. I made a foolish mistake buying this when it was at .0023. This company will never recover.
That's great. Have you found out any info about when they will release a PR?
I hate companies like this that have no care for the share price. They will probably dilute every step of the process if their company is successful. I learned a valuable lesson from this and other similar otc stocks. The authorized share increase should have been the warning. No point in investing in something like this.
CNBC just had a whole segment about the marijuana industry. The shark tank guy Kevin O'leary was talking about how he wants to invest in the MJ industry. He said that he was ready to pull the trigger on a deal to buy a large hydroponic grow warehouse but was worried about the federal government. He said getting into this industry right now is like getting in when prohibition happened for alcohol. He also said there are a lot of investor dollars like his waiting to be used on cannabis. It seems a consensus that its only a matter of time before it will be legal federally.
thank you for your in depth analysis
Whoever got those .0033's should be feeling pretty good
jeez dude, you are getting upset. You're right I am not an investor, I'm a trader. I don't have the personal connection to this company that you seem to have. If you have a very broad time horizon, then yes maybe this is a good opportunity for the future. However, to say that this is the bottom is just ignorant. The only reason I argue with you guys on here is because I don't think you guys are looking at this objectively and just blindly screaming BUY every time this thing drops. the truth is, the volume is too low to trade right now. Even if you're accumulating for the future, don't you think it would be a good idea to wait and see if they continue to dilute while volume is low? Why do you NEED to buy now? I don't appreciate people spreading misinformation pretending that everything is great with this stock. If you cannot admit that things have gone horribly wrong with the pps, you are delusional. I have traded this stock 4 times and have made money 2 of the times. I thought the news recently was great, but the lack of price movement is a troubling sign. you have to react to what the market gives you. Nobody can predict when and how much a stock is going to move. I will and have moved on from this stock. I truly do wish the best of luck to all the bagholders.
I'm not a long term investor and not willing to wait two years for that to possibly happen.
Trading 101, don't be delusional. You have no idea where the bottom is. I'm sure you were saying the same thing back when this was at .0088.
okay, so why should anyone even touch this stock during this "grow the company first" period?
I'm talking about stock trading. Undoubtedly the company and product is doing great, but I'm here to make money. If the stock isn't moving up, I'm not making money. I don't fall in love with a stock just because it has a great story. There are always more plays out there that don't have an inflated float and actually have some sort of upward momentum.
I just sold and feel pretty relieved. this stock is damaged goods. It's simply too inflated and investors are too afraid for this to run. As soon as it makes a little run, sellers will be jumping at the opportunity. Not worth it in my opinion. Minerco has done everything right expect for increasing or at least stabilizing shareholder value.
This thing trades the opposite of thin. All those .0044 buys and the ask drops. I guess that's what happens when you inflate the float
there's a column on etrade pro that you can set to number of trades and it shows 252 for the day. Not to mention there was a lot of 100 200 500 trades. Look at 100 day chart, volume was lower than yesterday.
I see 251 total trades today, so yes.
The run during March was a complete pump not based on anything fundamental. Nobody expected it and the stock ran too high with no news. This situation is much different now that the company has progressed. I wouldn't expect a March type run unless a large trading group gets involved. The problem is, people are afraid of this stock now and it has a history of major drops. Not bashing, I own a small position.
That is some truth right there
There are a number of marijuana initiatives on the ballot in seven states. Oregon and Alaska are voting to become like Washington and Colorado by legalizing for recreational use. Decriminalization and medical use in other states.

I am really looking forward to when this stock is pumped by groups again. Until then, I think it's very risky to hold this stock. With such a rapidly changing share structure mixed with the horrible penny stock environment you never know how low the price can drop. I believe the stock is a bit undervalued even with it's inflated ss and has a great fundamental story. The scary sign with this stock has been as fundamentals have gotten better, the price and volume has gotten lower. No matter how great the company is fundamentally, Technicals are what control the price. I have learned a lot of good lessons with this stock and have made bad buys twice thinking that it MUST rebound. I'm glad to be on the sidelines with this one for now.
I only say this because I had a position at .0025 and sold too early at around .0030. The run happened out of nowhere with no news. I couldn't imagine holding past .03 let alone .04. That's life changing money. Doubt you will ever see an opportunity like that again with this share structure.
You're insane for not taking profits when it ran to .045. I guess over 2000% isn't enough for you
