The company MINE said a similar thing during their conference call and the stock preceded to drop from .025 to a recent low of around .0033. The problem is that it's too late. It's never entirely dilution that causes the fall of these prices but the momentum and distrust brought along with it. The beginning development stage of the company is not the time to use a large amount of toxic financing. Most of these companies are forced to toxic finance because they cannot secure large investor funds or traditional loan financing.
