A PR proves jack squat.
so true...
I TOTALLY agree....Crash was probably the best new movie I watched in 2005. It blew me away. I haven't seen Syriana, and I definitely want to see Brokeback Mountain.
Watched Skeleton Key last night....thought it was pretty good....better then I thought it was going to be.
Keep updating with other movies you have watched and recommend.
Thanks!
New Years was ok....I worked... :(
Buying more....no...I don't think I will be buying any. I dumped enough money into this already.
I'm just thinking about the friends I told about qbid....I only wish they could get their money back.
Who knows....miracles happen.
Have a great day.
Hi there Jeff!
Happy New Year!
I could have sold for 75,000 because it traded @ .0001 on that monday....but...I was afraid to sell because ameritrade told me I might be short and could not promise otherwise....it was a big mess...those that risked being short and sold made a ton of money.....good for them....glad some folks made out big besides the crooked company and insiders.
As for High Tension, I liked it.....quite a bit. But, I would have enjoyed it more if that cashier didn't spoil it for me when I bought the movie.....still can't believe he said that to me.....
I bought a bunch of movies but haven't had time to watch any as of yet....been doing a lot of reading lately. I will try to watch some on my night off this week.
Mr. Mrs. Smith
Dark Water
Skeleton Key
40 year old virgin
Sisterhood of traveling pants
The island
....and a couple more I can't remember right now.
Have a great day!
lol.....just about had one....I was a billionaire one weekend (on paper anyway)...
ahhhhh MAMG...
This was my ameritrade account on may 22...
BTW...I'm stuck with BCIT also...
World AIDS day programming on QTN Tomorrow

TV Rises To Observe World AIDS Day
Special to 365Gay.com
(Hollywood, California) World AIDS Day, the international event designed to strengthen global efforts in the fight against HIV/AIDS, will be observed on Thursday, December 1, 2005.
Many broadcast and cable networks will mark this day with special programming to further educate people on the AIDS pandemic.
In addition to this special programming, ABC’s hit drama “Commander in Chief” now features a recurring gay character with HIV, only the second prime-time occurrence in the history of the six broadcast networks.
This year’s World AIDS Day comes on the heels of a new study released by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), which found that the rate of new HIV diagnoses among gay and bisexual men of all races in the U.S. — stable for the preceding three years — rose 8 percent in 2004. Nearly two-thirds of new male infections are among men who have sex with men, and HIV continues to affect African American and Latino men and women in greater numbers than their white counterparts.
“World AIDS Day is an important opportunity to bring much-needed media attention to HIV awareness and prevention strategies,” said Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation (GLAAD) President Neil Giuliano. “This is particularly important at a time when gay and bisexual men of color — who are disproportionately impacted by the disease — are often rendered invisible in media coverage.”
According to the CDC, about 18,000 Americans die of AIDS each year. The group estimates that about 900,000 people in the U.S. are infected with the virus, but that as many as a quarter of them do not know it. The virus is believed to have killed about half a million Americans since 1981. The World Health Organization estimates that 40.3 million people currently have HIV worldwide.

“The Origins of AIDS” (Sundance Channel, 5 PM ET/PT) This documentary investigates a theory detailed in journalist Edward Hooper’s controversial book “The River,” addressing the possibility that the deadliest disease known to humankind came as a result of a risky, mass inoculation of an experimental polio vaccine during the late 1950s.
