Smart and incisive post, thank you! You're helping me keep the faith as someone who's held this stock through thick and thin for many, many months. Cheers, Mark
They're walking it down again, as expected. Before we get to $1, I'll settle for holding at 20 cents now. I've held this for many, many months, but it's one of those stocks that takes a lot of patience. Cheers, Mark
NUGN: That's EXACTLY what you want to see in a stock chart. Even the blind should be able to see that! This month is looking very good here, and I'm adding after holding for more than a year. Cheers, Mark
At the moment, the "horrid dilution" is in this stock more than the American Dollar. This dilution came with little warning. It shows a lack of consideration for current shareholders.
Ouch! You shared a lot of great DD on this stock, Linda, and that's a shame. I'll probably hold until the end of August; if there's no sign of recovery then I'll follow your lead out the door and invest in something better. Mark.
It IS appalling....and as a very patient shareholder of ILST for 18 months+/-, I'm pretty upset about it! Certainly the last time I ever buy any stock associated with Caren Currier. She's supposed to be a long-time professional who's held in high regard by her peers, but I find her management of ILST very disappointing so far. Mark
Let's hope this stock reclaims its highs. I've been holding it for 18 months+/- and this is a lousy "reveal" so far. ILST and OWUV are Caren Currier's follies, and I regret investing in both. I won't invest in anything affiliated with her in the future. Thanks for letting me vent. I blame only myself. Cheers, Mark
I was a long-time TIPS holder who finally threw in the cards last month. No, I don't like unnecessary pumping but I wanted to hear SOMETHING within a year. So, yes, I'm reconsidering now. Two more very quiet, low-share runners that could rocket anytime are PVRS and BTNY. Also low key lately, but with huge potential, are MTRT and AGSS. This is only my biased opinion, folks, but you might want to take a look! Cheers, Mark
I've held this stock for so long that I almost feel like I know Caren Currier, but I've never met her. I've read a lot of bits and pieces about her online. I know she was out of commission for quite awhile because of heart surgery. I also know that her most-loved stock creation is One World Universe (OWUV), Inc., which states "through our partners, we strive to bring hope, safe play, and medical assistance to those in need worldwide."
For our purposes as shareholders, it seems like 2 things matter most: 1) Caren seems to be highly respected by her peers in the equity and financial worlds; 2) She's taken a lot of time, care, and secrecy setting up ILST in its current form. All of this makes me optimistic as a shareholder, although the long times waiting and wondering has often felt excruciating. Cheers, Mark
T Trade or else a trade that happened at the very last second. There's still no after hours trading in the OTC to the best of my knowledge. Mark
We'll hope that we've got the best possible Greenberg in ILST! I've had shares in this stock for more than a year (and still do), so I'll let this version of ILST win me over. It seems to have a lot going for it, far more than most OTC stocks. Cheers, Mark
Looks like the same to me. There's also a "Noruch Greenberg" listed as one of two employee defendants at the bottom. Not charming.
That's the root of the problem. The management and serious investors might as well be speaking different languages: Management is preaching about peace, love, bliss, and a marijuana universe. Investors mostly just want to hear about dollars & cents & financials. Cheers, Mark
Yes, I think you're right. Need a scorecard with this stock! GLTA!!
Yes, Caren exited ILST earlier this summer. I've held this stock seemingly forever. We're all just getting itchy for the current management of ILST to finally reveal themselves. Hopefully, August 15th or earlier! Cheers, Mark
There's loads of DD out there on VAPR, including from tough-minded specialty car magazines. These guys are the real deal and they surprise to the upside again and again. Bears on this board can make fun if they want, but I'll be holding my shares and going to the bank! Cheers, Mark
I've been holding this stock forever through its many peaks and valleys...and also holding my breath to see what happens. This DD from Linda is well done and very encouraging, thank you! Cheers, Mark
I did and dumped it, but I'm sick of this stock's interminable decline and management's lack of communication anyway. I've been holding it for years and am fed up. Mark
Until then, it's us LONGS that are eating dirt month after month after month with MTRT. Same situation with other tickers with a lot of long-term potential like AGSS and TCRI. I grit my teeth and bear it. May add more shares when I'm convinced they've bottomed. Mark
Excellent response, Don, and a good reason for stockholders like myself to try to stay on board with TIPS. I'm getting constantly pummeled by manipulation on other promising low-float stocks like AGSS, BTNY, PVRS, and MTRT too. Have to hope their time to skyrocket is near! Cheers, Mark
Congrats Ms. Tic, I never remotely imagined my beloved GEGI would sink this far, breaking .0020 and probably "falling into the gap" at .0017. Whenever I need to be humbled all I have to do is buy another OTC stock! Cheers, Mark
I was hoping you knew. You're certainly here every day!
Not all gaps get filled and I strongly doubt that GEGI will fall that far down.
Until some actual news comes out, this stock (and, say, MTRT) seems to be an open invitation to manipulation. It's very frustrating. Mark...longtime shareholder & lurker.
I'm getting ticked off at all you high-rollers saying a penny break is just around the corner for EBML, when nearly-broke-me has put in the highest bid (0.083) so far today. C'mon big spenders, put your money where your mouths are! Cheers, Mark
Agreed. The DD by AJH92 on ECOX deserves an A+. Playing Lotto in the dark on OTC stocks is too haphazard. Thanks to you both. Mark.
Shame about the price action. I've been with this ticker for a couple years now and its MANY changes. I thought we'd hold above $2.50 this week, but it keeps getting dragged back down. "Pay-tience," sigh.
Tiger Money, that was a very helpful explanation, thanks! I've got a lot of low float stocks including AGSS that I have confidence in. Still, the last 8 months have rattled my cage a lot and taken any fat out of my trading account. I'm trying to hang tough. Cheers, Mark
According to ZoomInfo, Ameriguard's revenue is indeed $100 million. This stock has the makings of a monster, I hope! Cheers, Mark

Glens0 and Hercules1, just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate your positive and patient perspective here! This sounds like an exceptional company with large and valuable holdings and unique technologies that will be in increasing demand soon. I think this selloff will soon pass. Cheers, Mark
It bothers me that I can't find a trace elsewhere on the Internet of Mars Mining Ltd. of Australia, or Brian Varndell (despite his 45 years of gold mining experience), or David Evans (despite his 26 years of geological experience), or Sholom Feldman (except in connection with a financial scam). It makes me very hesitant to invest, to say the least.
Can anybody connect me to other online links about Mars Mining Ltd. or these people? Cheers, Mark
I found very legitimate current items about WRFX and its stock.
Here's the link to Astra-Veda, which has absorbed WorldFlix (WRFX) and Paranotek. Page down on "Our Team" and you'll see the bio for Mick Davis, current CEO/Chairman/CoFounder of Astra-Veda -- and former CEO for Paranotek. The bio for Lauri Tunnela is also on this page -- the former CIO for Paranotek. It all looks very legitimate to me and I'm glad to be invested!
