Wow, looks like this play died until we get another catalyst, but who knows when. So for the time being I'll be hanging out at my sub $300,000 market cap play with virtually no volume as well, like many of the OTC plays these days. Very strange.

Plus, technical traders will know that there has been a .618 retrace as well. Any 5 or 6 digit trades? Usually I would see a significant spike down in the accumulation if it was dilution.

However, it could just be a huge head-fake as there was such an obvious gap on the chart that I really did want to see it fill.

Plus, looking at the one month chart, looks like share accumulation continues unabated, and now the gap has filled.

There's a decent chance it's dilution since it was clearly posted on X that they "forgot" to file an 8-k for a $70,000 convertible note from 2022.

After taking a reasonable guess that it might convert at 50% of the lowest price in the last 20 trading days, I estimated another 9% could be added to the OS. But then I bought the stock anyway as I looked at it like maybe running to 9.1cents instead of 10 cents.

My Internet at home is down so I'm not tracking trades right now. Have there been a bunch of 5 and 6 digit trades going through?

There is a chance that the conversion rate was fixed below $0.00055, which is where I calculated shares for conversion but that's pretty uncommon to have fixed conversion rates that low.
