Wonder if anyone filed a lawsuit, probably do no good it being a Hong Kong/China stock. I got out of this one a long time ago when Gold price went way up and nothing happened. Definitely a huge scam.

Thank you bro for that reply. There are a lot out here that do not get it. Most that do deny it. Can’t count the number of times i been attacked and called ignorant when it’s clear on L2 it’s being shorted. Of course MM’s can play games but I think that is used for a cover up to often.

For the non-believers in shorts being present. simply open your eyes.
https://fintel.io/ss/us/ebml
you will see the short volume and the short volume ratio.
then when you scroll down you will see for 5-2-2023 is 0 meaning someone borrowed today
then there is another 0 for 4-21-2023 and yes you can hold them even that early, you will pay more interest for them tho.
