Who says Depot has to wait? Based on the deals Eco is cutting with builders in the US, doesn't look like the original exclusive agreement is still in force. If Eco can freelance, Depot can, too.
Reality? Anybody can spray borate on wood. Nobody owns it.
I thought Steve Conboy was Brad's buddy, but this suggests otherwise.

These guys are out knocking on doors in the US now. Doesn't look like they are servicing toxic debt. Competitor of Steve's big Canadian franchise that was going to pull-in $1M/year, or whatever the number was? Maybe it was a billion.
That patent application doesn't seem to be doing the trick.
Whatever happened to that fellow (Chief Cassidy?) Pres of the GNYC Uniformed Fire Fighters that used to come out and say amazing things about Eco Red Shield? He was on the UN video stating that ERC made wood "immune" from fire? You never see him on any new videos, interviews, or PR's. I sure miss his opinions!

Is it anticipated that any significant change in results of operations from the corresponding period for the last fiscal year will be reflected by the earnings statements to be included in the subject report or portion thereof?
Yes o No x
Where's the paradigm shift at Depot going? Very strange exclusive agreement.
OSU report says Conboy hasn't worked ANY bugs out......if we assume a termite is a bug.
Show me where the building codes support his statement, and I will pull my post for you.
As for topic, the original poster picked the topic. He seemed to think it was on topic. If you don't agree, then both posts should be pulled, along with 1000's of others.
Your call.
As long as Steve is willing to sell at a loss, don't expect anybody to jump in. Most people get into business to make a profit.
"Pressure treated products are not whole house products and can only be used in certain area's of building."
That is a blatantly false statement. It's also poor grammar. You must have cut and pasted it from one of those emails from Steve, since he struggles so much with the truth. Actually, it's not a struggle at all for Steve. He just ignores it.
Maybe you should stick to desk top repairs?
Ah yes, you're the poster that says only reports with links are valid.
Court? I don't see Steve and Mark wanting to be deposed, nor go through discovery. All that stuff works both ways. If that weren't true, they would have sued a long time ago.
Another appropriate video from LV.
All should keep in mind that Hilo's situation tends to speed up the process. The chewing and munching process would likely be slower in other regions. But with that in mind, Eco has/had a certificate with City of Honolulu, so Hilo is not inappropriate as a test bed. Obviously CoH didn't know about the problems Eco had when all those container ships full of Eco shipped to the islands.
Paradigm shiftless.
12 month OSU report on Eco in Hilo report is now available:

scroll down to Product Use section. First pdf.
Enjoy.
Hey, I think I figured it out. If you insert the word "unicorn" anywhere in his sentence, it makes perfect sense.
Another OSU report coming out soon.
Apparently my English isn't so good. Somebody please translate this for me:
"This right on target. We're set to go on this, FEMA and the Congressional committees on lowering flood risks, Halon replacement with Boeing and the U.S. Forest Service, Cook County (Illinois) and the Chehalis Basin on flood investments, Greenpeace and carbon credits, etc"
Translation would be helpful, because it sounds like, 'Mars needs women, black helicopters outside, zombies in my closet, and a monster under my bed.' I can't seem to connect any of these things to ECOB. Cha, Cha, Cha.
We're learning about orders of magnitude. In one direction for authorized shares, in the other for share price. Fun!
Don't need to. Eco reads this blog. They saw the pictures. This is something Eco already knows about their 'product.'
Bingo.
Whether they weren't sprayed to start with, it washed off in the rain, or both, it doesn't look like something that is going to protect from floods, fire, termites, rot, male pattern baldness, cooties, and whatever else CEO Conboy claims.
Could have suspected poorly treated red FRTW that is also available in that area, but the crosscut shot indicates it is a surface coating.
Rain = Normal jobsite wetting.
Time for another PR from Eco with another excuse for this?
Eco Red Shield having a bad day in Houston today.

Look for the path that is most likely to keep Steve Conboy on Youtube.

Yes, it is what it is....something out of the bowels of ECOB. But also note, there is no mention of "Home Depot" by name. Just "stores". That's no oversight on the part of the biggest embelisher of the last few years, Mr. Conboy.
Also consider how lame this is after a record quiet spell for grand PR's of the Nth order of magnitude. 'Hey, look for us somewhere in the northwest. Don't blink!' Ask yourself why it isn't on an 'official' PR like the last few years? Did somebody tell them to quit releasing highly speculative PR's?
I'm not sure there is still an 'agreement' with H-D for Eco to break. If we assume there is still an agreement, then based on the language in that agreement, Eco is thumbing their nose at the exclusivity portion except for anything they export. It would be interesting to note in that case that Depot doesn't care. That ought to tell you something about the future of this relationship.
Also considering the low volume with Depot since that arrangement started, the ongoing H-D sales could simply be a matter of the two still trying to burn through raw lumber contract arrangements made in late 2013 and early 2014 with mills. Normally you won't see that much Doug Fir in a northeastern Depot, so they may still be on the hook with the northwestern mills they likely contracted with back when.
Contract-wise, if it's a case of 'if Depot orders, Eco ships.' Eco is free to shop for other customers (as they are doing, if the PR's are true), and Depot is free to shop for another vendor. Most likely, a replacement vendor will be looking for a profit, so if we ignore the liability aspects, it's in Depot's best interest to keep buying from Eco until the doors close. I'm still amazed Depot continues to ignore the liability.
I've seen some speculation on this blog, I forget who, that makes quite a bit of sense. Conboy folds ECOB and just runs with the NJ spray booth as a new operation. He should have enough cash stashed to run in the black from the get go, unless he decides to sell at a loss as a career. Everybody walks away happy, but the Longs.
But watch the birdie. Might be something to the posts about coming back alive in the northwest. If you are stuck with some Doug Fir contracts, and Depot isn't helping you move it all the way to the northeast, then you need to find a market in the northwest to reduce your shipping costs and reduce the amount of wood in the pipeline. Just sayin'.
It ain't easy being a paradigm shifter.
Going by poor memory......
ECOB might still be making those $10k/month payments because of that judgement, too. Though, that should be running out any month now.
Also in the last Q, there was a comment that they had sent their reply to DTC. Don't know how long that takes to be digested and responded to. Might go into a very large pile.
Reminds me a little bit about the patent claims. You can play word games. Mark filed. The patent office replied asking for more info (according to previous ECOB SEC filings). Then no further updates from ECOB for going on a year or so now.
A little short on ECOB PR material the last couple weeks. Maybe one about how Steve's going to save the Russian economy? Defeat ISIS? But then, how many countries can one man save, and stop global warming? Steve can't do it all himself.
So, is he Gandhi or MLK?
Seems like an update on the H-D contract is also overdue. A number of these PR's clearly indicate that the exclusive agreement is no more.
What if you didn't know your tree was about to catch on fire, and you made the mistake of spraying the miracle spray on the day before? Just sayin'
So, Home Depot sees Eco Red Shield as the future, according to Steve Conboy.
Meanwhile, Lowe's is working on this:

Interesting dichotomy.
We're all diggin' it! Can you feel it? Better buy some more shares so he'll have the money to coat more zero-margin orders.
A termite ate my certificate.
Ah, the good old days:
http://ecob.net/index.php?p=projects&id=130
The coffee house closed (unless it re-opened). Very bad news for Africa since that was raising money to send to Africa.
Looks like the Salem, OR location has given up, again.
I believe the 10-K already notes that Uncle Sam and the State of California (you and me) are already about $3M into this scam, and they are trying to get their money back. And Home Depot "funding" this? Where are you getting that term from?
Indeed, it's too bad you don't have millions to put into Eco. Steve's got a special drawer to stash it in.
Paying taxes is a great way to support veterans. PR's are not.
Page 13. Lawsuit from builder.
What's with the lawsuit in there?
They've been looking for a year or more. Are they looking in THIS country?
Let's say he finds whoever it is he is looking for. Waldo? Hoffa? Bigfoot? Then what? A new PR? A new Technical Rebuttal? If one or more are 'experts' from the treating industry, is it inherently bad to cast a net that wide for information? Some might say No. Conboy says 'Yes. You should trust me. Have I ever lied to you?' But you don't need a technical expert to unravel this yarn. Let me guess, it cures ebola now? Add that to termites, rot, decay, mold, fire, tornado, hurricane, flood, earthquakes, comets, alien invasions, zombie robots, and whatever I have forgotten from the PR's.
Let me queue this up for somebody sitting there.....
Are these investigators wearing badges?
