Bingo.
Whether they weren't sprayed to start with, it washed off in the rain, or both, it doesn't look like something that is going to protect from floods, fire, termites, rot, male pattern baldness, cooties, and whatever else CEO Conboy claims.
Could have suspected poorly treated red FRTW that is also available in that area, but the crosscut shot indicates it is a surface coating.
Rain = Normal jobsite wetting.
Time for another PR from Eco with another excuse for this?
