Going by poor memory......

ECOB might still be making those $10k/month payments because of that judgement, too. Though, that should be running out any month now.

Also in the last Q, there was a comment that they had sent their reply to DTC. Don't know how long that takes to be digested and responded to. Might go into a very large pile.

Reminds me a little bit about the patent claims. You can play word games. Mark filed. The patent office replied asking for more info (according to previous ECOB SEC filings). Then no further updates from ECOB for going on a year or so now.
