You may be right... but consider the trading activity. News came out and it took a few days for the huge run to actually occur. I would think that it would happen right away when the news hits for it to be speculative.

SGGM buying, talk about blatent insider knowledge. The only reason why anyone would be buying is those having knowledge of what is to come with them.
