I for one am EXTREMELY happy that nothing is forthcoming from the company instead of Melvin's flapping on Pal.

This quiet time involves reigning in your enthusiastic team to keep a lid on them. This takes discipline. This more disciplined company is a move likely orchastrated and controlled by Roger and that makes me most comfortable of all.

I would gladly have Roger in contol of everything rather than Melvin.
