Found an interesting article involving VMware and the cloud(public cloud though. Any thoughts how this may effect our Sphere?

I agree with your views on lawmakers keeping themselves busy making new laws and expanding their political budgets which they deem "success," but legalizing something isn't a new law its elimination an old law.
And as far as carcinogens go with marijuana, making baked goods is a healthy way to enjoy it. Also vaporization, the act of releasing the THC and CBD by not breaking down the carbon walls of the matter which makes smoke deadly, is another way to enjoy in a healthy manner.
Yep. Thanks for the clarification.
Can anyone tell me about XXII's agricultural side of the business like where their tobacco fields are, or if another company is growing the tobacco, what the maximum yield they can harvest a year, plot size, etc. I emailed the company about two weeks ago and have not gotten a reply. Obviously they have been providing the Spectrum brand to the gov't and selling Redsun in Europe so they have to have some grow operation in house or outhouse.
Sort of hard to naked short the stock when the canadian market & MM arent open...
Hahaha. good catch FT.
It is crunch time for advertising. We will see if anymore delays are to come.
Does anyone remember the keywords that Steve said to look for on search engines?
Also DSNY chart just made a bullish technical hammer today. Chaikin Money Flow is now positive.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui
Doing my DD by listening to the CC:
-European patents possibly coming soon.
-PR push in 1-2 weeks.
-Confirmation of first Clipstream customers.
- Will be reporting on new customers as they come.
-Expected Universal PlayMPE expansion in February.
-Clarification on warrants/option misunderstanding.(Thanks Scott!)
-Clarification on "bugs" misunderstanding; User/device error.
-Clarification on Sony CES presentation. NOT competition.
-Sony tech. "Could be a potential add-on"- Steve Vestergaard.
(One could say this news made the SP drop below $1.75 floor)
**Clarification reduces uncertainty. Uncertainty equals risk.
Risk equals lower share price.**
IMO we have just made a long term floor price today.
Justthefacts, you said, "Rest assured...I know the difference between Options and Warrants...having day-traded both instruments for 14 years. lol"
Does that mean you made money doing this? You did use the past tense saying this, leading me to think you don't anymore. If you did make money day-trading, then I would think that would still day-trade options/warrants! lol. JK.
Could be that naked short seller. Maybe he is 30M or 40M shares short now! I guess nobody really knows. Overstock.com had a naked short seller with over 40% of the float shorted. Who knows... The speculation is entertaining though.
another investor in our stock. not a public document so take that however you wish. If it has to be cover, then that would make quite the short squeeze!
heard the naked short position could be as high as +20M now. How would this play out? Do they have to cover or could they "fail-to-deliver" and how would that play out ie. price and volume?
looks like that seeking alpha article has made some retail investors jump in. Blew through the $2.00 resistance. Hope the big boys jump in later today.
and we've reached 100M marketcap...
Thoughts that run through my head are that the short seller could have a much bigger position in a company that is going to be burned by dsny teechnology. If the volume of that stock is low and has large institutional investors that want to buy dsny by selling the other company(s) then they want to delay any uplisting to a major exchange. Getting out of a large position in one or more stocks by shorting a small amount of dsny over a short amount of time would make sense to me... any other thoughts on a possible incentive for shorting dsny?
That big boy will have to pay a huge premium. Current large investors and company shareholders own enough to hold off any takeover. Buyout would likely have to be +$10.
My scottrade account says the same thing for 2000 shares. Probably a glitch or a market order gone bad.
The end that people seek is to be intoxicated with friends. The means to do so currently is alcohol. Ths would change the means. the pill would achive the same ends, but in a healthier way. People could put the pill into their favorite beverage. I dont think you quite understand the concept....
Safer cigarette to get a nicotine craving. Safer beverage to get a intoxication craving. SAME LEAGUE.
And yes this would be GREAT for those with severe alcoholism.
Looks like safer products for people's unhealthy habits are gaining steam. Maybe becoming a mainstream wave... Hope this idea will become a small cap stock for future investment.

This has got to be good for our baby.
Holla at xxii.
Wonder what the royalties structure is or if this has been determined... is this info public?
Does anyone have an idea(s) as to what milestones BAT is looking for? Also, if these milestones are hit, is BAT just going to hand over 7mil and that's that or are there some strings attached?
If a company sees a better way to be more profitable or make their product better at any stage of development, shouldn't they change their plan? Also by staying profitable and not 1) dilute shareholders positions 2) take on toxic debt, is a good thing. Small companies almost always take longer to deliver. S*it happens. Patience is a vertue.
No. Different news.
Margins were cut at one firm. Bad for microcaps in general for the short term, while holding risk neutral. Does not affect fundamentals.
New news from WSJ is that mobile ad dollars are set to be up around 100% this year and is growing. Reason being is that the "difficulties of measuring audiences" is not so difficcult anymore. And DSNY has technology right down this ally, that may turn out to be best of breed so to speak. They can make each ad dollar have more bang for the buck. Listen to the last cc from steve. G2 when used for mobile ads can give back great audience data to advertisers. These advertisers then turn around and show the marketers (who work for coke, ford, etc) the data which gives a better view of reality than before. This is good short term, medium term and long term news.
*WALL STREET JOURNAL ARTCLE*
WSJ reports that marketers are finally shifting big money into mobile advertisers. Marketers cncerns have revolved around "technological herdles" and "data measurments." Mobile ad spending in in 1h 2013 up +100% and totaled 3 billion. "Marketers are just starting to catch up."
Who has accomplished these technological hurdles and especially data measurement info to a greater degree than the industry standard, a standard which has already caused this shifting of billions of dollars?
That's right, DSNY.
Disruption article from cisco:

Right down spihf's ally.
Technological Breakthrough: zero point energy (fuel-less energy)

This sounds to good to be true. What are your all thoughts?

BRAKETHROUGH TECHNOLOGY: Crops will be able to use nitrogen from the air instead of frim fertilizers.

From my stocktacular.
Also, funny thing happened the other day. A phone survey lady called me saying she was paying tobacco users money for their time to answer questions and give their opinions. She asked me if I used the products in my previous post and I told her I only smoked cigs and then she said goodbye. I wanted to ask her who was paying her to question people but didn't have a chance. I am guessing it was the university of madison wisconsin funded by the fda...
Question: does the 700 billion market that has been talked about included all forms of tobacco (chew, dip, snus, snuff, pipe tobacco, etc . ) both smokeless and smokable?
Can someone explain to me the last sc 13d/a filing involving henry sicignano III and the henry sicignano III group, llc on 8/9/13?
Excited. Its like waiting for Christmas. Hope to read about it guys.
It probably is going to cool soon then shoot the moon in september some time. over $10 by the end of 2014 if people like it and use all of their clipstream uses. That is a conservitive guess. I really like the possibility of clicking objects within a video and sending that viewer to an ad that maches their likes and wants. More bang for an advertisers buck.
And externally speaking, with the merger of omnicom and publicus (which will create a quasi monopoly {>60%} of the marketing market letting them pay less to the likes of google because of less bidders for googles ad space), will make google need to cut costs which clipstream can do to the tune of 3billion plus by eliminating streaming servers and transcoding costs. This could make the price go up way more I believe.
And this still isn't everything that clipstream can offer. I just don't know how high this stock can go. I just hope it doesn't get bought out too early hahahaha.
The quarter that just started. Very soon probably. Hold on to your hat.
Van, do you think the possible merger between omnicom and publicis will hurt google's, and others, profits making clipstream's cost cutting technology more attrative? Or am I just excited and off base...
I like ice cream.
Also ltbr is a nuclear power play using a different form of thorium with more potential than uranium per pressurized water reactor. Some countries only wany uranium because they can make nukes out of it though. But it is up 100 percent today...
Check out efrff for an interesting uranium play. Biggest uranium producer in the us and is a micro cap.
