Doing my DD by listening to the CC:

-European patents possibly coming soon.
-PR push in 1-2 weeks.
-Confirmation of first Clipstream customers.
- Will be reporting on new customers as they come.
-Expected Universal PlayMPE expansion in February.

-Clarification on warrants/option misunderstanding.(Thanks Scott!)
-Clarification on "bugs" misunderstanding; User/device error.
-Clarification on Sony CES presentation. NOT competition.
-Sony tech. "Could be a potential add-on"- Steve Vestergaard.
(One could say this news made the SP drop below $1.75 floor)

IMO we have just made a long term floor price today.

Does that mean you made money doing this? You did use the past tense saying this, leading me to think you don't anymore. If you did make money day-trading, then I would think that would still day-trade options/warrants! lol. JK.
