What is the potential realistic target range based on technical analysis?

New to .0001, Please Help!

So im just getting started in triple zero trading and am really confused. I understand the research aspect: using screeners, looking up filings, technical analysis, etc... But am still pretty confused when it comes to actually buying the stock. Could someone break down the relevance of the bid/ask/volume in regards to triple zero. Also just break down how you would execute purchasing a stock valued at .0001. Thanks!!

literally cant sleep right now!! Im in college...I saved up some money over a few summers of working and decided to invest some tuition money with etrade and buy FLPC. Got at .0033 a couple days ago!
