If I put this into this .... then this should do this

reminds me of the saying, "Buy on Bad News, Sell on Good."
So Ichim left due to medical reasons.
But, he's signed on as a consultant for the next year and his sister is still there.
I see a company dealing with having their ace getting sick and doing all they can to make ok.
I'm still in. Hope the next couple of months brings more development.
I haven't seen that PR. Only PR i found was they, RGBP, have the results and think the FDA will accept it. Nothing about submission.
I remember seeing the 30 days time frame for an answer from the FDA. But, have we gotten at least news that they submitted the studies to the FDA? I know the studies were done, and I know they were positive, but no news about them submitting it.
Maybe they were required to submit the test results ALONG with other information. Maybe the tests were done, but the other stuff wasn't. Maybe their working on a definitive structure around the company (hiring a new president) and haven't submitted the results along with the other changes.
Yeah, like that. Hadn't seen it, so thx.
But, I do think they need to let us know if the FDA has received the new info. Also, a forward looking statement about what they are doing to to ensure the process the next time doesn't take 3 yrs.
I'm just saying, an update every 30 days or so would be good. The more news, the more talk, the more real investors look at this company, the better the price, IMO.
Don't we have like 30 days to hear from the FDA?
Think Koos should put out a presser saying "FDA received the updates. We are confident that the FDA questions have been fully answered and we should be awarded to proceed with human trials. In the event the FDA requires additional testing or have questions, our team, along with the partnerships we've formed, have positioned us to address them quickly and efficiently. While we wait for approval from the FDA, we are forging along with new techniques for blah blah blah. In the process of filing for HemX, we have developed a better strategy to streamline the process of filing future INDs."
Just something sent to the Investors to reaffirm they don't see any additional delay and they are not putting all their eggs in one bag.
I hope I'm wrong and you're right.
I've been in this stock deep from ENTB, BMSN for 3-4 yrs now. This stock has always showed promise but never delivered.
With all the patents to IND applications to hiring and firing of people, I don't think its going to be as quick as you think. If we had FDA approval, then maybe.
But they won't sell the company to Big Pharma. They want to sell after phase I/II of clinical trials. If they can't get to clinical trials, they won't sell.
After this conference, they won't sell. They may announce a partnership with another company, but that won't affect the pps drastically.
Their business model has always been they want to sell after phase I/II clinical trials. If we get IND approval from the FDA, then that's when you'll see a ton of interest and possibly a buy out.
I'll bring this post up in May. If you're right, drinks on me. If I'm right, would you sell me some of your shares??
Stay Calm .... Another Long
So, the press that came out is correct, but people believing that deals will be announced at the end of April - that's kind of hard to believe.
There will be representatives from Big Pharma there, but will be tons of start ups and scientists trying to show their findings.
When you look at the session that RGBP is in, its from 8am to 12pm.
http://www.abstractsonline.com/Plan/ViewSession.aspx?mID=1668&sKey=d159ef6b-e47f-402a-9a14-1c3bbdff5bfb&mKey=%7b19573A54-AE8F-4E00-9C23-BD6D62268424%7d
Its not like they'll have the entire 4 hours to present their case, and its not like they will be only a handful of people presenting.
I'm sure connections will be made with some companies there, yes. But, Big Pharma will be looking more long term. If the science looks promising, which I'm a firm believer it is, then they'll be more of "Keep me Posted"s and "We'll be in touch"s because they won't invest in something unless its shows more promise than what RGBP has.
If RGBP can get one FDA approval for trails, we'd be in a better spot. Until then, you should look at this as the first step in the door to broadcast what you have, but most will want more experience and further development.
All IMO, but everyone needs to settle down and watch it develop. Its a marathon and not a sprint.
You are going crazy.
You didn't rhyme this time.
Are you a rapper in real life?
But remember, there should be news about financing the trials coming after. Once the influx of funds come, and they do CUSIP change, we should see. 05-.10 within 3 months of FDA approval.
Maybe I'm coming across wrong, which is not my intent. I'm very patient, but wanted to offer my two cents on a better PR for a company that can change people's lives.
Sometimes, its not what you say, but how you say it. The reason why PG is so popular on this board is because she explained the science is layman's terms. She offered a great deal of DD, which has excited the masses. I think if she worked for BMSN as the Public Relations Director, the PPS would be closer to .007 than under .003.
The news a month or two ago would be something that could work if done consistently. Give me those kinds of PR, and I'm willing to bet the PPS would increase a tad and stabilize more than it is now.
And, I have several people in my family that have died from cancer. My mother in law is a breast cancer survivor. The reason I'm invested in this company heavily is because I believe in the science and want to be a part of something that can advance humanity beyond this dreaded disease. I'm in BMSN for the long haul because I want to be a part of something special.
I'm invested in another company that comes out with PR about twice a month, seems like. It maybe something small, but the adverse reaction is it causes investors to be informed and feel a level of involvement. They pay attention to the stock more and are willing to purchase more shares.
Since Penny stocks are more volatile and comes with the history of a bunch of them being scams, its more important to share info with your shareholders to comfort their concerns and hesitations. By being silent, BMSN is making a bunch of shareholders nervous. We are not seeing any progress, only news about this person getting a large amount of shares, and dilution.
What I would like to see is News released, lets say on the 20th of every month, titled "September Update to Shareholders." It could start with an update about the FDA response for Hema, and then dive into the future. "While we await a FDA response, we are moving forward with preparing to file an IND with the Min technology. Dr. Min has been coordinating tasks with Dr. Who, working in a collaborative effort on the effects of gene splicing in mice. With the evidence we gather in these new experiments, its positions us to have more success in future FDA filings."
It could be very general as to not include specifics about the patent technique, but gives us info about work being done. It shows us a path to the future earning potential. This silence feels like I gave $10K to a contractor to redo a bathroom at a rental house, and he hasn't shown up onsite in 2 months.
Koos needs to be more candid with us Shareholders about his objectives. Give us updates on progress so we can be reminded of the prosperous future. The company's silence is killing us.
For 6 months, we have been waiting on positive news and we have only gotten PR about settlements, dilution, and awful financial statements. Only a handful of PR about answering more questions and adding an additional patent. This is like being in a relationship with someone with so much potential, but after 6 months they have yet to contribute anything positive to the household or the relationship.
I'm not asking for status updates every week, but every month there should be a PR letting us know what's going on. It could be "On Tuesday, BMSN hired Horacio Jones to change a light bulb in the stage 1 lab", or "Mouse #23 in the controlled group backflipped today after seeing the color blue." At least something to let us know people are working towards a goal.
Otherwise, we don't know if BMSN is putting all it's eggs in the Hema basket, or if people aren't showing up for work or anything.
Well, its news, but not anything people were expecting.
Maybe there was news they were going to post last week, maybe just an update. Then, they received news from the FDA, to which they had to change the PR release. This would delay them posting PR for a couple of days.
Lol. I dont think her and Investor1 know whats contained the in PR due to be released.
I think they met with Koos and he went over the company's strategy and business model (the reason they signed the NDA). He couldn't advise them of positive PR or negative PR (insider trading).
Both reiterated that they are long, so that speaks to the overall strategy of the company. I don't think either of them are overly thrilled or overly skeptical of the PR. We all want it to be positive, but no one knows if its going to be, except for BMSN.
Or, BMSN can hire Young MC.
Patience with Penny stocks seems like a commodity at this point. This may not move past a penny for a couple of months.
I think they BMSN should have come out with news sooner. When there is no news, people speculate with whats going on. Since most investors want to see a return on their investment, most outlooks are slanted in a positive direction. With no official word to combat the bias, it gives people a sense of hope thats out of reality. Then, when news finally drops, you get this effect - a bunch of people disappointed so they sell.
If there were more press releases just to give shareholders an update (maybe once per month), i think it would go a long way to ensure shareholder confidence.
I think the Hem IND will be first. From a business perspective, it makes more sense to find out all the necessary things you need for approval. Once you get approval, then you can submit the next one and minimize the chances of the FDA coming back about something minor.
Also, once you get approval for the Hem IND, that will generate money flowing in. I suspect 30 - 60 days between the final approval for Hem and Min's IND. Maybe Hem IND approval, then approval for orphan drug status, then MIN IND.
Should be a blast!
2012.
Lets put things in perspective.
With Penny stocks, MMs or anyone with big money can control the stock if there isn't any news or pitch. Day traders can make money, but not your ordinary investor (like me).
I see a bunch of pumpers and dumpers on here. Most people on iHub have invested money into the stock and want to see it go up. So, i think 90% of the posts are going to be slanted in the positive light. Some people just want to bash the stock because they're getting paid to or want to buy at a lower pps.
Every once in awhile, someone will post info or news on the company or the process it has to go through (FDA IND). Some people post their evaluations and comparisons to other stocks that they have seen gone up or down. These post are the valuable ones to look at and can be added to your own DD.
Not every negative thing said are made by people bashing. Not every positive thing said are made by people pumping. Invest in a company that you believe in the product they're selling and the management they have. The company, just like everything else in life, will go up and down. Who's to say HemaXellerate will be the next best thing or not? Who's to say that Min's patent will ever be useful? The reason I invested in this penny stock was to maybe be apart of something special (and make money). I'm investing in scientist and the "underdog" to do the research and clinical trials to advance the science in hopes to cure diseases. I am a true long and hope to see this company do well. If it bottoms out to .0001 or if it balloons up to .10, I'm still invested.
Lets say BMSN goes bankrupt, but the studies they have done helps another company create a cure for breast cancer. While I would be pissed if that happens and I lose money, a part of me would be happy that I contributed to making the world a better place.
Go BMSN!!!
US Supreme Court just ruled that genes cannot be patented.
http://www.cbs58.com/news/national-news/US-Supreme-Court-Human-genes-cannot-be-patented--211395921.html
The case involves Utah-based company Myriad Genetics, which was sued over its claim of patents relating to two types of biological material that it identified -- BCRA-1 and BCRA-2, whose mutations are linked to increased hereditary risk for breast and ovarian cancer.
Since Myriad owns the patent on breast cancer genes, it is the only company that can perform tests for potential abnormalities.
Not anymore. Go BMSN!!!
