Well put! One thing that seems these "enviromental extremists" don't realize, is the real or actual cost of implementing their solutions.

I was listening to Rush Limbaugh on the radio (I haul RV's from the Manufacturer's in IN back to Canada, so I have lots of time in the truck). He said that reality is starting to set in due to the high price of fuel, & "politicians" like Nancy Pelosi & her "hippy crowd" there in California are losing a lot of support, because they still oppose off-shore drilling for oil, while the rest of us have to change our lifestyles just to be able to afford fuel.

I'm sure that most of us are adult-enough to have common-sense when it comes to the environment, & we certainly don't need to have conservation measures & "carbon-tax" (that only benefits Third-World Countries) rammed down our throat.

Like someone said... "It's easy to scare Grade One kids with "impending environmental doom scenarios"", but most adults that I know, don't buy their BS!

Well, I had about $42 sitting in my trading account doing nothing, so I bought another 125,000 shares @ .0002 on Thurs.

Brought my average price paid/share down by over 1/3!

All the OSC is doing here in Ontario is hurting legitimate existing shareholders!

I'm an adult & I don't need the Provincial Gov't telling me that I can't Buy or Sell a stock because they think that it may be guilty of something, while the rest of the F'in' World can.

At least when the SEC halts a stock, it's halted for the WHOLE Exchange!

A local FM station here, The Hawk 103.9 in Woodstock, ON had a comedy skit about NY Gov. Elliot Spitzer this morning. Since he was forced to resign, they were suggesting some things that he could do to make some money, while he looked for employment. One thing they suggested, is that he could be a spokesman for the Escort Agency that he liked to use!

It went something like this...

"This is Elliot Spitzer & you know me as the former Governor of New York State. If your going to use escorts for your pleasure, then I highly recommend Esquire Escorts. The girls are nothing but High-Class, clean & won't embarasse you in public. Why use a "back-alley scank" like Paris Hilton, when you can have the best of the best!"

I just woke up & was still laying in bed when I heard this! Made my day! LOL!

The Share Price dropped too quickly for most traders to get out, unless you wanted to take a large loss that morning.

There always will be a few people who will show up AFTER & say something like...

"I saw this coming & obviously it was a scam all along & I sold my shares for a small loss! Why didn't you? You must be lousy trader!" Or my personal favourite... "You didn't do your DD! Blah! Blah! Blah!"

Sorry, but I think you are completely wrong here. Experienced traders don't usually get "shook-out of their shares"!

I think the share price was manipulated by someone (MM? Broker? Hedge Fund?)who could physically drop the share price on Level 2 from .09 to .05 to .01, all within about 10 or 15 mins!

This is what created the panic! It wasn't a rush of investors to get out all at once. Think about it... you are telling the board here that from a close of .09, that night all those people decided to SELL, place their Sell Orders after hours or before the Open that morning, the MM's saw all the Sell Orders & decided to set the Open at .05 or .055, whatever it was that AM?

I don't buy that scenario for a min., as I think the Share Price was artificially created to induce a panic Sell-Off!

Follow the money trail, & it will lead to the real culprits! I'm sure that the OSC has the resources to do this... IF they will, is another question!

Unless you are physically involved in this investigation, what you or I say will make no difference to the outcome of this, so I don't really care to nit-pic about the details.

If someone is reading this board & basing their investment decisions solely on what is said here, they deserve what they will get from their effort.

Don't get me wrong, there are SOME very good boards (like I-Hub's Momentum Players & BB's Stock Haven for eg.) for getting momentum plays in a hurry. Of course, on these boards, you don't have people constantly whinning about this & that.

From my experience, Swing or Momentum trading is the ONLY safe way of playing the Penny Stocks!

1. Sulja Bros. Building Supplies Ltd. (“Sulja Ontario”) is a company incorporated in Ontario in 1987 with a registered office in Harrow, Ontario. Sulja Ontario is in the building supplies business and has been operating in the Windsor area for a number of years.

My point was that Steve Sulja was collecting the A/R's from the 1987 Ontario incorporated company, & the 2006 Nevada company was registered for a specific purpose & had no A/R to collect!

I stand corrected, as I see the OSC has lumped both companies togethere in their allegations list. Big Deal!

See, this is a good lesson NOT to rely on Stock Message Boards for your DD! LOL! This is why the companies & the professionals say to ignore what is said on the message boards.

I happen to believe that Petar V. did not do anything illegal. At most, he MAY have not registered the shares properly, or something like that, but he certainly didn't set out to scam us & disappear. IMO.

Well, she is the only person that was employed by the company that still posts on these boards, so I tend to believe what she says, over anonymous internet posters. Especially ones that tend to speculate & guess about what happened.

Besides, I have verified that she is who she says she is, to my own satisfaction, & in reality, that's all that counts to me.

The Nevada company has nothing to do with the OSC investigation & it was set up for a completely different purpose.
