1. Sulja Bros. Building Supplies Ltd. (“Sulja Ontario”) is a company incorporated in Ontario in 1987 with a registered office in Harrow, Ontario. Sulja Ontario is in the building supplies business and has been operating in the Windsor area for a number of years.

My point was that Steve Sulja was collecting the A/R's from the 1987 Ontario incorporated company, & the 2006 Nevada company was registered for a specific purpose & had no A/R to collect!

I stand corrected, as I see the OSC has lumped both companies togethere in their allegations list. Big Deal!

See, this is a good lesson NOT to rely on Stock Message Boards for your DD! LOL! This is why the companies & the professionals say to ignore what is said on the message boards.
