No offense meant "exceo", but I find statements like this hard to believe, especially coming from a person who cliams to have a business or commerce background!

Why would anyone in their right mind pay-back any losses to others, when there has been no decision rendered by the OSC & no-one has been convicted of anything yet?

You come across as someone trying to instill fear & uncertainty in the existing shareholders here, when you state something like this.
