Soon people will find out about Burst by finding it from looking for this site (link below) that is doing a lot of online advertising to get their readership out. I just watched the online news video.

"Finding humor without stubling on hidden agendas is getting harder and harder"
I have a new rule of thumb.
1. Don't chase stocks that are at their highs before a correction
2. Don't fool around with stocks that have billions of shares
3. Watch out for those one day spikes on the volume charts and people hype them the next pay as a buy.
4. look for sustained volume buys on a breakout over a period of days. Thats how those red light, green light programs operate.
MXAM up 71%
I just read a funny post on the Yahoo board.
All I got to say is... got glasses?
ha, ha, read all 9000 post... ROTFLMAO

Here is a article that may have been posted already.

Here's another article on test trials of someones technology that started sometime this week. I think the article addresses the new xray machine and the new walk thru. Read down where the woman says "you can't be on every train" ...or can you? IMO you can with NANO Magnetrometers. Man, I hope this is XDSL's technology.

N.J. Starts Bomb-Screening of Train Riders
By MATTHEW VERRINDER
JERSEY CITY, N.J. (AP) - Commuters heading to work in Manhattan walked through metal detectors Tuesday at a busy train station and fed their bags into X-ray machines at the start of a test of an airport-style security screening program.
The $1 million test program was being run on PATH trains, which take passengers between New Jersey and New York City using tunnels under the Hudson River. It is a response to the train bombings in Madrid and London.
The test at the Exchange Place station was designed to see how well the technology works for large numbers of daily rail travelers. The equipment was desensitized so keys, loose change and cell phones would not set off alarms.
The scanners are intended to detect large quantities of metal, as in the explosives vests used by suicide bombers in the Middle East, said Doug Bauer, an official with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
In an effort to keep passengers moving quickly through the system, commuters will not be required to take off their shoes or empty their pockets. The screening process should take about one minute, officials said.
On Tuesday, many commuters made it through in about 30 seconds.
``It didn't take as long as I thought it would,' said Jessica Salles, 31, a lawyer headed to Manhattan who said she was surprised that just her bag was scanned.
``What about my coat?' Salles said. ``It seems like a false sense of security.'
James Simpson, 53, a messenger from New York who carried a large blue gym bag, agreed.
``I don't think this is going to do anything,' Simpson said. ``This is just to make people feel better. You can't be on every train.'
Commuter Timothy Warren said that since the Sept. 11, 2001, terror attack across the Hudson River he still gets ``a little nervous going that way,' and he thought the 30 seconds it took to be screened was acceptable.
``But if it gets a little slower, like if it takes three to five minutes, then it will be a pain,' said Warren, 38, a computers systems engineer from Summit.
If the test is considered successful, similar equipment could be used on the rest of the Port Authority Trans-Hudson train system and on other mass transit systems around the country, authorities said.
A second phase of the program at a yet-to-be-named rail station will test bomb-detection technology such as infrared cameras, said Larry Orluskie, a Homeland Security spokesman.
It gets better
N.J. is doing a trial on new technology metal detectors. Could this what sounds like a Magnetometer based technology be our XDSL?

They have a banner that moves around the website that has XDSL as a pick. They did there own profile on XDSL. This one is like the others I have picked in the past the trick is to get in early like I did with FRCP now FRPT @ .23 and UGHO @ .30 here's another that will be drilling in the oil sands of Canada VTYC they are also buying small oil intrest in the US low float like UGHO and FRPT. Some stocks are long term holds with a little profit taking and some are for day trading. This one is a keeper. When you find a company that are rubbing sholders with the big boys and they aren't diluting thier stock to buy toys, that pays divi's so to speak for the shareholders long term. GLTY
I was over at stockspot and saw XDSL as a pick. Went to the website today and found a article on IPTV this time last year. Looks promising.

Wireless Logix Group(TM) Announces a Strategic Partnership with Advanced Satellite Media
Monday February 6, 12:44 pm ET
Revolutionary New Broadcast Technology for Advertising, Entertainment and Education Delivery FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 6, 2006--Wireless Logix Group(TM) (WLG) and Advanced Satellite Media (ASM) today announced a strategic partnership to deliver digital content using satellite technology to markets in North America, India, and Pakistan.
As part of the alliance, Wireless Logix Group and ASM will offer, via satellite technology, electronic media. Narrowcasting has been identified as the future of electronic media and a fascinating new technology called Info-Mation(TM) will help to usher it in. Capable of delivering unique content to each individual television screen, computer monitor or almost any other video terminal, (even subdividing individual screens into multiple sections each with its own unique content) this revolutionary new broadcast technology promises to change the way advertising, entertainment and education are delivered in the future.Info-Mation(TM) is brought into the North American market by Fort Lauderdale based Wireless Logix Group wirelesslogixgroup.com, which has been licensed as the exclusive distributor of the product for the North American market and the Indian sub-continent. Developed by Hungarian software company Tele Data Cast, Ltd for ASM, and already deployed in over 1000 locations in the Middle East and Europe, Info-Mation is expected to gain quick acceptance in the North American market as well.Comments Abbas Sadriwalla, CEO, Wireless Logix Group, "Though the Internet has proved that customizing content to the individual and small group has enormous business value, the electronic media has thus far found that customizing content to local environments and small groups is not cost-effective. With Info-Mation, the cost equation changes dramatically. You can now narrowcast electronic broadcasts to small audiences more inexpensively than by any alternative method. Info-Mation is platform independent and can be used to narrowcast content to television screens, computer monitors, etc. and is therefore more versatile than alternative technologies."The Info-Mation platform supports content distribution using satellite, GPRS/GSM wireless, Internet and intranet connections. The delivery process is designed to be asynchronous: content is pumped out in a burst, stored on a local server at the point of distribution, and then distributed over a local LAN/WAN or other network as required. The delivery times and frequency can be fully automated. Because of this "burst" delivery model, costs of delivery can be minimized, and the system does not need a continuous satellite feed or even a continuously engaged high-speed internet connection. Equally importantly, the entire chain of content distribution and final delivery can be controlled from a central location, eliminating the need for multiple points of control and management.
I guess the devil's in the details. There is a guy over there on StockSpot that just picked XKEM as the next runner. What do you think is it worth a look? XKEM at least has printed real numbers and not a guess of potential earnings that some big corporation can infringe on.
Thank! stockspot.com
The second to the last paragraph. I think they left out the streaming connectivity part.

Let me see? If I send some signals before others to get maximum use out of a band with I would have Burst technology. Looks like another possible infinger, they just changed the lipstick.

Apple, Sony, Aol, Time Warner, Google, Microsoft or SBC?
If some companies were to merge which merger would benifit Burst? It doesn't bother me to hold this stock. But not knowing the speculative growth direction of it's verdors is puzzling, i e the future of who's streaming who.
I don't know but a this juncture im pissed. I can endure Huricanes, earthquakes and message booard bashers but not missed promised filings from the company. This is my last post... ever.

NASDAQ Transfers OTCBB to the NASD
Summary
The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has approved the transfer of the OTCBB/OTC business to the NASD.
The transfer will be effective October 1, 2005.
Contact information
What is changing and how will it affect customers?
As announced in July 2005 in Head Trader Alert #2005-083, in preparation for Exchange Registration, NASDAQ® is planning to transfer the OTCBB/OTC business to the NASD. The SEC has now approved the transfer and it will be effective October 1, 2005.
NASDAQ and NASD have structured this transfer of the businesses to be seamless to the customers of the OTCBB and OTC trade reporting businesses. NASDAQ will continue to provide the technology and connectivity used to carry out the day-to-day functions of the OTCBB and OTC trade reporting while the OTCBB business and OTC trade reporting business will be owned, managed and regulated by the NASD.
Will there be any changes to the way I trade OTCBB securities?
The OTCBB will continue to be accessed through the existing channels: the NASDAQ Workstation II® (available until November 30, 2005) and application programming interface (API) (available until December 31, 2005), the computer-to-computer interface (CTCI), and through NASDAQ's new offerings in 2005, QIX, NASDAQ's proprietary connectivity protocol, and the new NASDAQ Workstation. OTCBB market data will also continue to be offered through the Bulletin Board Dissemination ServiceSM (BBDSSM) and the NASDAQ Trade Data Dissemination ServiceSM (TDDSSM).
How will billing change?
Effective with the October activity bill, generated in early November, market participants who quote and/or trade report in OTCBB/OTC securities will receive a separate bill from the NASD for that activity. No other OTCBB-related billing will change (i.e. data feeds).
Where can I go for more information?
Questions regarding the OTCBB transfer may be addressed to:
Karen Peterson at 212.401.8795;
Colleen Lampe at 301.978.8258, or, otcbbfeedback*nasdaq.com;
NASD, Karen Sancilio on 866.749.7096;
NASD, Patricia Casimates on 866-776-0800.
For more information on the retirement of the NWII or the API, please refer to Head Trader Alert #2005-105.
Change it to Osee and you will be OK.
I think people that post their screen names in CAPS should be vetted.
For those that can read the date and message from HISC Sept. 19, 2005 and the entire month of September has past. (Don't reply dumb azz!)
