TWEED MARIJUANA INC. ANNOUNCES LICENSE APPROVAL OF GREENHOUSE FACILITY
OTTAWA, August 11, 2014 - Tweed Marijuana Inc. (TSXV: TWD) ("Tweed" or the "Company"), is pleased to announce that its recently acquired greenhouse facility in Niagara-on-the-Lake (“Tweed Farms”) has obtained its Health Canada license.
The license has enabled Tweed to commence growing activities in approximately 10% of the entire 350,000 square foot facility. Tweed Farms will produce the initial crop while concurrently working to expand it’s growing area and other permitted activities under the MMPR license as issued on August 8, 2014.
“I am delighted with the efficiency of the overall organization in bringing Tweed Farms into production,” stated Bruce Linton, Chairman & Co-Founder. “This is an enormous milestone for Tweed and we are proud to be the first geographically diversified, multi-licensed producer in Canada.”
Tweed Farms utilizes rainwater harvesting, water recirculation and CO2 strategies to produce medical marijuana in a very sustainable way. The entire facility will have the potential to produce up to 45 million grams of marijuana based upon expanding our licensing to the full square footage of the greenhouse.
There are currently 17 strains in production at Tweed Farms, including Bakerstreet (Hindu Kush), Donegal (Chem Dawg), and High Lands (East Cost Sour Diesel), with an anticipated first harvest in the fourth quarter of 2014.

About Tweed Marijuana Inc.
Tweed Marijuana Inc. is a TSX Venture Exchange listed company
Let me guess buy at low and sold at high. Lol yah that is what everyone says.. TWD is a licensed MJ company that is produced servals crops already and sold out within days,TWD also has millions over 10million in the bank and that is after TWD just spend 3.5 million on 350k sq ft green house grower. Go back to the pinks
TWD is the real deal with crop after crop of MJ being produced every month which mean revenue! Way more than 99% of want a be MJ stocks. By the way the suspension of PH-T must have stung a little with that 70% down in pps.. Lol
Cash out bulk around .0085 looking to buy back soon to ride the profit up. Expecting internation patent to be granted soon
Your trying to teach ppl to trade TWD now?? What a joke dude. Everyone here knows stock 101 go play with the pump and dump scam. Try to fool those chumps
For someone that just open an account on 6/25/2014 I sure this is probably one of many accounts for tweed alone but you don't fool anyone here. As far as my trading ability I quiet sure I have made a few 100k more than you in the last two years one so don't act like you know best for me.. Good luck with silly bashes on TWD because the bulk of TWD shares are held by groups that don't even look at Ihub. You have never seen 1's here and never will..
No you forgot he grows his own 30 ft plants in his back yard.. Lol TWD will be a beast, CC will still have their portion. Awesome just do like share any business to sad
Well if tweed is charging double and selling out each time is does not take a genius to know tweed has a great business plan... Don't be sad you sold out before the EOY. The fins come out next month you might not want to watch the stock price the rest of the year. Bit will galvanize the fact you made a foolish move in selling you TWD shares.
Haha why you you sell tweed for a loss? With tweed increase 4 times grow capacity in Hersey plant alone by EOY?? Now they bought 350k Sq ft outside grow house for 3.6 million. It will be licensed soon.. If you really did sell it was very foolish. But I don't believe you at all. Btw good luck getting cheaper shares because Ihub does not control this stock, very few US investors here.
Looks like a few here might be worried about the US market closed Friday but the TSX open for trading? Why all the sudden so many negative post on tweed board? Haha surely nobody trying to short tweed here.. Lol get a global account.
Looks like TWD has picked up another alias recently. When will you guys realize most here did not invest for day to day pennies. We are here for much longer. Awesome fighting a losing battle because 95 percent of stocks own of TWD are not even on IHUB. I got tired of deleting their nonsense.
Hey green he know that too, just looking to buy in real cheap. Don't think we will see much lower pps so ppl want TWD they better buy soon.
Sounds like you should run for office in canada to push your agenda instead of ranting on the tweed board.
Reading this post make me laugh.. First it is like reading something a first grader has written. Second dream on tweed is here to stay!!
I remember 1 & 1/2 year ago when I sold all my shares of ICPA because Steve told me he was going to promo this POS I dumped. Peeps even kicked me off the other board because I tried to tell them too but they would not listen. I made 75k off the turd and feel very lucky. Steve is a scum bag that screwed a lot of ppl here. I told these guys, oh well. Maybe next time..
Looks like AEGY dropping like a rock. Just like the rest suspended stocks expect aleast 80% loss here... Should settle around .0003
Yes and with tweed you will the upward movement more with financials. But big news like the acquisition of 350000 more grow space and in a greenhouse was huge news!

With huge expansion in tweed grow capacity, we will continue to sign up new patient and at some point maybe quit selling out in 24 hours. The supply can't keep up with damand and you are worried about the amount of ppl that are signed up no being enough now?? So what is it are you worried about the supply or the limited number of ppl. At some point you have to take a stand on which one of these you think is a problem instead of bouncing back and forth. The only ones on this board are long shareholders so you are not fooling anyone.. Just looks bipolar on your part.
Thanks for the list of License MJ companies of which only one trades on any stock exchange which is TWD (tweed inc)..
The article warns of companies like fitx that have not already received MJ license from Canadian HC.. Fitx fits directly into beware category! But it does list the companies that already have their MJ license..
Awesome who are you trying to caution?? Almost every tweed shareholder on this board bought already and are long in this stock.. Nobody is trying to flip this stock with only a few cents different everyday.. If you hate Canadian HC for putting a big dent in your CC business then ok call them. Tweed is here for good get over it!
Happy Father's Day to all here at tweed!! Btw awesome give it up man. Your CC will be a thing of the past.
I agree surf, awesome does not have a clue about the number plants per harvest. To say 100 to 200 plant is beyond ridiculous. TWD shareholders will be very please as the year progress. TWD will 4 times it growing capacity by December this is a fact. With 15 million already set aside for this and 10 million in the bank I say we are sitting very nice!!
Your ridiculous, and to say tweed only had 100 to 200 plants in the batch. Haha
Everyday you change your mind? So now tweed can't produce enough but before you were screaming there was only 40k patient and tweed would not get enough of those patients to stay in business.. Wow what bipolar post!! You do realize TWD will 4 times their growing capacity by December. Oh and by the way it is already fully funding with the 15 million set aside for it to go along with the 10 million TWD has in the bank already.. Tweed is the strongest MJ play out there by far.. In the CC if you don't like tweed.. Cheers
I guess it is a good thing that tweed has no trouble selling it product with the first 2 batches selling out in less than 24hours!
