Must Read for TWD Shareholders!! On top of the additional greenhouse square feet, Tweed gains further expertise in building out grow facilities, and *two* extra experienced Master Growers, and possibly some new strains.

Here's some April 2014 news from Business Wire which seems to have disappeared:

About Park Lane Farms

Prime1 Construction Services Corp, a company operating as Park Lane Farms (“PLF” or the “Company”) intends to commercially produce medical marijuana in Canada. It has an agreement to acquire an existing 350,000 square foot greenhouse facility in southern Ontario. Park Lane has applied for Licensed Producer status from Health Canada and has received an approval “comfort letter”. Commercial production can only commence upon satisfactory site inspection by Health Canada confirming that the conditions of the license have been satisfied. The benefits of producing medical marijuana in a greenhouse are:

Natural light growth allowing the Company to produce high quality plants and medicine
Low cost and high yield production economics using a large scale greenhouse; minimal water, electrical, heat and cooling requirements to produce numerous varieties
The Company has an experienced executive and management team including: 2 Master Growers with 20 years of large scale greenhouse operations, and 5 years of direct crop experience with medical marijuana strains and genetics.
