Thanks for the clarification. Certainly not an offer worth considering. Looks like our only hope is something forcing them to disclose the full value of HERB. and I'm not holding my breath on that. As we often say in the U.S.. "Time to put a fork in it cause it's done!!"
Yes, the volume of 7.7 million is much higher than usual. Whatever, it's suggestive of something good--I hope after 2 years here.
Suggests that perhaps something is happening with the CE removal and/or someone's got early news on the forthcoming financials.
Something Up?
Almost 5 million traded in first 30 minutes and up to.24. Maybe good news is brewing.
Have to keep restrained given the long history of disappointments here. Brett Rosen did say a few weeks ago that he thought CYBL was gonna be the OTC Stock of the Year.
Snow, I sent this to Aandt but would welcome your thoughts on this as well. Thanks
I'm having trouble understanding how the share buyback/bond payments would work and would really appreciate your help here.
Let's say for illustrative purposes, you own 10,000 shares. At .20 per share you'd get $2000 from Herb. How would the bond issue work? Would you now also own 10,000/1000 = 10 bond shares paying 5% of $1000 or $50 x 10 =$500 per year for 10 years?.
Or would you now own 10,000 of these $1000 bonds paying 5% per year ($50) over 10 years?

Thanks. But what could possibly raise the share price above .20 on the OTC?
Re: 8K?
Forgetting about the 5% bond, would it makes sense to cash in now at .20 on the buyback, with the current bid about .05?
Re: Today's 10Q
Any thoughts on the 10Q? Earnings of .47 for the Quarter and $1.69 for the year.
Yes, makes one wonder about a hidden game plan here. Can't understand the delay either.
And "At home and abroad" as well. The focus is now global. Let's hope we "commoners" benefit from all this. Any time fram in your mind on the CE removal? 12/9 is a year!!!
Yes, suggests something ay be in the works. Let's hope it's positive;
I've been her for almost 2 years now!!!!
Thanks for your election work. Democracy is under constant attack here and your work is important and much appreciated.
Re 3rd Q Conference Call on 11/14
Let's hope this doesn't get cancelled at the last minute like some earlier calls. Still hoping!!!
My bad There is an 8k out that was filed yesterday, 11/8/23.perhaps someone can open it and report back here. Thanks

The Quarterly came out yesterday, but I'm having computer problems accessing it. Maybe the earnings were disappointing again??
I agree. I'm still here and very puzzled by the volume increase. I keep focusing on the CEO's purchase of about 70,000 shares for $270,000 a few months ago.
I don' t think there is a Bd of Directors. He's the entire one-man show here.
Excellent points about the CE removal process.
Sure hope you're right after 111 months of this with no info about from the company. If it is removed the share price should take off pretty quickly.
Sounds great. Looks like they're focusing more and more on defense-type applications and letting go of all the other stuff.
Just hope we common shareholders benefit here.
Re: Directors Buying Reg A Shares?
Very interesting speculation about the Directors investing in Reg A shares. Sure hope that's the case. If it did happen, is that something BDPT could publicly reveal? It certainly would be seen as a real vote of confidence in the company.
Ok, that makes sense. Have you got any kind of time frame in mind for its removal?
I agree it could run very big if the CE is removed. I don't think we can completely rule out the possibility, however, that common shareholders could get screwed here(in favor of the Preferred guys) if management has other plans in mind. Don't know how likely that is or what that scenario might be, so I'm trying not to focus on it.
It is still very troubling that these guys have not been able to remove the CE for 11 months now. Seems to be a pretty simple problem to solve: You hire CPAs and lawyers who have had success with OTC CE removals and put them to work.
That has not happened here and we're never told anything by mgt about what is going on with the CE process.
Comments welcome.
Great news. But all that matters right now is the 11 months long CE removal. And we never hear anything on that from management. so, how can you not be feeling angry right now?
Did Hodson dilute again with 2.6 million shares?
You always get the last word, but not anymore since you're now on IGNORE!!!
Geez man, please get a life. You're on here 24/7!!
We know what you believe.
When someone makes a comment that he knows something is NEVER going to happen with a penny stock, he's
acting arrogantly in my opinion. Things could change on a dime here with one major positive announcement from BDPT.
Short term that's true. Many of us are here for more than a few days or weeks though. So, the game's not over yet and it's the height of arrogance to feel so certain of one's predictions for longer time frames. especially in penny land.
Wouldn't you save yourself a lot of stress and misery if just sold now? Why keep posting the same nightmare scenario ad nausem. It certainly could happen, but it certainly might not as well.
Who the hell knows anything about this goddamn stock and its management.
Just so thankful you and your buds are posting here 24/7 to save us al from eternal damnation . And you seem able to predict with 100% accuracy not only what's gonna happen tomorrow, but next week, 6 months from now, and even forever.
We'll have to start calling you Nostradamus.
I'm willing to hang around a little longer to see how this all plays out.
Re: spinoffs
This is what you said in an earlier post:.
"No offense, but you seem to be missing the critical point. The website info you reference applies to a true spinoff company that is registered with new public stock on an exchange with a new ticker. In that scenario, the public can buy new shares in an IPO and the holders of the parent company do get some pro rata shares of the newly traded company. "
Are you saying then, that there can't be a spinoff with shares given to shareholders, unless there is an IPO? If so, that is plainly not true.
Re: Inaccuracy About Spinoff Requirements
You were very inaccurate though in your earlier post that a spinoff requires an IPO. According to Investopedia, you don't need an IPO to offer shares in a spinoff:
From Investopedia:
"Spinoff vs. IPO: An Overview
Both a spinoff and an IPO or an initial public offering result in a new, public company. However, a spinoff is the creation of a new public company out of a current public company, while an IPO is a private company going public for the first time."
I remain open to the idea that a spinoff of Livestock is still in process and if it happens shares will be distributed to BDPT shareholders.
You don't know that for sure, so please give it a break. We're dealing with a humungous amount of uncertainty here and I share your concerns. But we'll just have to wait and see how it all plays out.
I am very concerned about why it's taking 11 months to remove the CE. Brett Rosen, however, recently made some encouraging remarks about things taking off for the better here. His track record for predictions is very poor, so keep that in mind.

Yes, it's truly hard to tell just what the hell is going on here and what will happen to the common shareholders, as opposed to the preferred share holders.
One would think if the company really wanted this CE removed it wouldn't have taken 11 months!!
He's in his 60s(maybe even older) I think ,so a sale certainly makes sense at some point. Do you envision any kind of time frame for that happening?
Re: All It's Gonna Take
One major positive announcement from DBPT and all the 24/7 Resident Critics here maybe running for cover. The game is far from over, no matter how bleak things have looked lately.
The new people DBPT has recruited have impressive credentials and must see some real value here. And Dr Liu, a Director of Livestock, owns the rights to $780 million in patents.
So, we'll see.
One Thing You Can Take to the Bank With Almost 100% Certainty:
If (when) BDPT ever recovers and moves into the.002s and beyond, our resident Shorters, Critics, Cassandras, etc. will be long gone and newly resident on other Boards.
Excellent points. Thanks
