Question for the Board:
Now that the Attorney Letter has been filed, are we any closer to the CE removal? And if so, this year, next year, etc?
Sounds reasonable and quite good as well.
Agree. Care to speculate on what this might mean?
Interesting theory. How do they accumulate shares, though, while trading is limited with the CE on?
Things may be turning here. Let's see if UAS' recent post about the CE removal, following the attorney's letter being posted, holds up.
I'm feeling optimistic about it since he's someone with aotof personal experience in the area of drones, etc.
What's the time frame here on when the shares will convert? Are we talking weeks, months ,etc and what kinds of filings need to take place?
Thanks for your info.
With that recently published CYBL comment about $100 million dollars worth of pipeline orders right now, I'd think .05-.10 might be easily achievable.
And then, if CYBL gets a high-powered Investment Relations firm to promote the company, who knows!!!
All looking good, we hope.
Wow. Best news we've heard in almost 2 years. Hope you're on target here.
Thanks much.
Our basic problem:
It seems to me that this remark by Loanranger really highlights the main issue here:
"Allowing the Company to slip into the Expert Market by failing to file is a management failure. Not only does it obviously constrain the share price by making buying close to impossible for retail investors but it raises a very red flag for potential partners who want access to current RSPI info as well."
Wouldn't the company and we shareholders be much better off if they filed the necessary forms while pursuing various deals? What advantages are there in remaining on the EM, given the obvious negatives Loanranger has noted.
If they lack the funds to file forms and remain current, is that not a serious negative as well in terms of their deal-making capabalities?
Lontimelistener and others have done great work in highlighting the multi-billion dollar potential pipeline here, but is the company leadership business-savvy enough to succeed here?
Comments welcome.
re: Amended Filings
For those of us without accounting backgrounds, can someone clarify why CYBL is continually filing Amendments? Does this mean they've made serious mistakes in their earlier filings, and if so, why is that?
Will these filings help or hinder the CE removal process?
Volume today--almost 6 million
Maybe someone noticed the $100 million orders pipeline!!!
From the previous Lula post:
"....company has over $100 million in pipeline orders"
Wowie Zowie!!!
Yeah your right. Hope your version proves true.
Sorry, I know nothing about how the OTC operates here. There seem to be no controls on their operations. That being said, however, we're now almost 2 years since the CE was first applied and yet despite several new financial filings nothing seems to have moved at all.
How is that possible when we're talking about a company with verified Dept of Defense contracts? That's why I'm speculating that something beyond financial reports may be at play here, perhaps the complicated history of the company and its dealings. So, maybe only a change in management will do the trick here.
Just speculating.
RD,
What's your current timeframe for those large HERB share purchases you mentioned awhile ago? Hope your plans are still on for this.
Timeline:
We're now almost 5 MONTHS since CYBL's attorney wrote the OTC on 4/4 asking them to remove the CE!!! Could it be that only a change in management will get the OTC moving on this?
Comments welcome.
Re: What may need to happen here?
:These Website pics certainly put the lie to an earlier post by a basher about all the DoD guys leaving CYBL.
The problem still remains, however, that no amount of financial reports filed by a highly respected auditing firm seems to be having any effect here.
Are we dealing with something beyond finances here in terms of the OTC's CE removal?. Could it be that management (and its past history) has such a shoddy reputation in their eyes that they will simply refuse to move on the CE until top management is totally replaced, so that a new slate can begin?
Re: Abbot and Costello
This is turning into a "Who's on First? What's on Second" type of conversation. Who knows how long ( if ever) we'll wait on a resolution here. Here's the link:
And to add to the mix, Rosen was touting CYBL as "the OTC Stock of the Year" awhile ago on buffalo Fireside Chats, now he's suing!!
Say what you will, but there is no denying this has been a gigantic, unforgivable mess over the past 2 years .Makes no sense to sell at a total loss if there's even the slightest lottery pick chance of a turn around.
Your posts do add some important views, so I'll continue reading them.
Re: He could have taken the easy way but didnt so that should make shareholders feel somewhat better about the situation."
Hard to" feel somewhat better" with little chance the CE is ever coming off.
Question for you. Why spend all that money on high-powered auditing firms and lawyers with OTC experience, if things are as you say?
Doesn't add up.
Doesn't sound good. Looks like we're back to this as a very long shot Lottery Pick.
re: Strategies for Attracting Funding
Shouldn't they be getting advice on these matters from the Alien Technology Company they recently signed, and the VP they recruited who has a background with Big Pharma?
Rosen's Profits fromCYBL:
If you calculate his possible payment amounts in those stock awards, you get: 250,000,000 x.04(rough estimate)=$10 million
and 200,000,000 x .015(rough estimate)=$3 million
Total= $13 million resulting from Rosen's investment in CYBL of $3 million!!! Not too shabyy a a day at the orifice!!
RD,
If. through your share purchases, you were able to move he share price to about .50, what would keep it there if the company continues refusing to reward shareholders with the fair value of the off-sheet holdings?
Thanks. Great info. Much appreciated.
I would think a pinkie with $32 million Net Profits would impress the OTC, given that most of them earn little to no income.
Re: Lawsuit against CYBL by RB Capital/Brett Rosen
Any ideas about what's going on here?
Question for the Board:
Will the lawsuit by Rosen against CYBL affect the OTC decision about removing the CE?
Just can't buy a break with this stock. A few hours of feeling good about $32 million in Net Profits, and then boom Rosen hits with a lawsuit.
Rosen lent them $3million and after several appearances on the Buffalo Fireside Chats programs where he touted CYBL as the OTC STOCK OF THE YEAR, he then turned real angryin the more recent programs and even suggested a shareholder lawsuit!!
Who knows what's going on here. We long-suffering shareholders sure don't.
RB Capital is Brett Rosen, so this is clearly about what's going on between him and CYBL
.Anyone know anymore about this?
Re: $32 Million Net Profit for CYBL!!!!!
How many pinkies have those kinds of profits and a positive earnings per share of .005???
Ifwe ever get the CE removed, this could easily go to the .10-.15 range and above.
Great News!!!
$32 million NET INCOME=Income per share of .005
At a p/e of 20 x.005=.10 share price
30x.005=.15
One would think this kind of wonderful financial report would increase the odds of the CE being removed, fairly soon.
Agreed. Total black box uncertainty here. Very shoddy treatment of shareholders.
What's happened to Brett Rosen of RB Capital, who lent CYBL $3 million? And Buffalo Fireside Chats?
And the company has been silent on this CE issue for quite some time now. How are we to interpret the fact that accountants had to file an amended report 3 months after filing the initial one. What is happening here?. Can the OTC count on the finance reports when they are first submitted by CYBL?
The company has made some nice organizational moves in the last few months, but nothing ever happens with the CE after 20 months--I think today is the 20th month anniversary!!
Comments welcome--especially more optimistic ones
Sorry I introduced some politics here. It's totally irrelevant to the main issue:
WTF is going on with the CE removal now that we're going on almost 20 months with that label There's been nothing presented here to generate any optimism about its being removed in our lifetimes.
That's why it's a Lottery Pick that will require a decision in December.:
One more thing, just to make sure I got it right:
1.Zelensky's a Fascist and Putin is a Democratic Liberator
2. WWII started when Poland invaded Germany on Sept. 1.,1939.
We're supposed to believe an article about the" Fascist Zelensky" fromTASS, a news agency owned by the Putin Govt? You gotta be kiddin!!!!
TASS owned by Russia?
It is the largest Russian news agency and one of the largest news agencies worldwide. TASS is registered as a Federal State Unitary Enterprise, owned by the government of Russia.
So I guess we shouldn't be supplying Ukraine with weapons so they can resist a fascist dictator's imperial aims.
That's a very twisted logic you're employing here.
Hope all's well with you. What makes you think that after all these disappointments?. I'm thinking about jumping in.
re: OKSI, CYBl's new partner, They've been in business 30 years and have received 400+ contracts!!
Here's 7/23/24 news on the $6 million just awarded.
I must say with partners like OKSI and acquisitions like Datron, I don't understand how OTC can wait much longer to remove the CE.

OKSI Awarded USSOCOM and AFRL Contracts for Precision Guidance Seeker for Munitions
Mary Emmerson
July 23, 2024
LOS ANGELES, July 23, 2024 /PRNewswire/ — OKSI has been awarded multiple contracts totaling nearly $6 million from USSOCOM and the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) for their ARMGDN seeker. ARMGDN is a capability enhancement to BAE Systems’ APKWS® laser-guidance kit, providing passive target acquisition and tracking for precision engagements. APKWS is a guidance kit for the 2.75 inch Hydra-70 rocket. Together, the APKWS with OKSI’s ARMDGN seeker will facilitate rapid engagements of multiple air or ground targets via ripple fire of multiple precision- guided rockets in rapid succession.
OKSI’s ARMGDN provides DoD with a low-cost precision-guided munition designed to defeat small drones and other unmanned systems. Warfare is on the brink of a major paradigm shift where low-cost robotic systems, UXS, and swarm tactics are an imminent threat and will be used to overwhelm and confuse the opposition. ARMGDN enables rapid engagement of multiple threats simultaneously to thin out swarms and protect personnel and equipment.
“The ARMGDN seeker transforms our defense strategy from a costly war of attrition to a cost-effective campaign of precision,” says Chris HolmesParker, CEO, OKSI. “By harnessing existing rocket inventories, it dramatically cuts the expense of countering UAS threats, aligning our expenditures nearly 1:1 with the drones they counter. This shift from deploying prohibitively expensive munitions to utilizing ARMGDN’s affordable capabilities marks a pivotal move towards sustaining our defense without the economic strain.”
OKSI’s ARMGDN seeker is designed to accommodate a variety of warhead configurations for both a standard air to ground armor defeat capability as well as hard kill of UAS threats. OKSI’s advanced seeker technologies brings not only a new, impressive capability to bear, but also keeps the overall system’s cost at or below the cost of the targets it is designed to defeat.
