There will be no reverse split and its not 2.7 million in debit. A lot of this debits like TCA over half million as went into the market in shares the debit has to be down to a million something as they have done debit conversions that all these shares coming into the market place. I would like to point out that sales will cure all this in time as one large chain authorization, can be millions in sales in a year and as I stated I predict that is coming in 2015 along with other chain authorizations and more sales going forward.
