Nice work Rusty. IMO, This money train appears to just be starting the run northward. Double digits do appear on the horizon,May-June could be the lucky charm months. Hopefully VTSI will follow suit. Good Luck to All.

A price of $7.00/share is a reasonable forcast, but IMO there is a resistance being built, probably by some MM's and the shorts. The ringing of the bell is nice PR, but it will take some more and bigger contracts from Nestles and others to really spike the punch, so to speak. Momentum and time is on the longs side. As it was stated, once the production plant is up and running, it will be statas quo for a little while. 3rd quarter will probably be the telling of the tape. Patience will pay off in the long run. Take care and Good Luck to All.

I have doing a little historical price research on VTSI and it is an interesting tale. i went back to Oct of 1999 when the high price was 3.25/share. Since then, it has been a downward spiral with a low of .06 and back up to .47, but basically on a roller coaster ride from teen to .30's. IMO,now that it seems that Kelly and Co. have reinvented things with a superior product and an agressive sales force, that a futre with 3.25 and up is a possibility. How far down the road that this will occur is anyones guess, but I feel ver confident in it.
I also did some research on some other companies and VTSI could very well do the same. They are as follows:
NWIS which was trading at .25/share on 7/17/03 and peaked at 6.00/share on 8/6/03. It fell back to 3.00/share and has roller costered up to a current price of 5.00/share.
CWTD which was trading at 1.15/share on 2/10/04 and rose to 9.20/share on 2/17/04. It fell back to 4.20/share and has roller coasted to a curent price of 4.45/share.
IDSA which was trading at 4.21/share on 2/5/04 and peaked at 47.50/share on 3/1/04 and split 2:1 on 3/31/04. It is currently trading at 15.75/share.
I may be a little too optimistic, but who knows for sure. Take care and Good Luck to All.
Buddyholly
Kp; CXN was formerly CRGQ, but changed symbole when it went to AMEX. To the best of my research on Yahoo historical prices neither CXN nor IPVO had any reverse splits, but went through roller coaster cycles in stock prices.
Basically, both companies have reinvented themselves with new products and CEO/s with some new vision.Trying to be optimistic without being too blind to reality, I see the same potential for VTSI. Due to different circumstance, it may take more time for VTSI, but who really knows. I am no expert but just an amateur like the majority on this boar.
I appreciate your posts and don't always agree with them as you might not always agree with mine but that's what is nice about America. As I had stated in an earlier post, this is not supposed to be a high school pep rally for VTSI, but an informatice board to help EVERYONE make a prudent decision on VTSI and other related topics. Take care and Good Luck To All.

Gitman; I agree with you about this board. It is a cut above and that is the reason I read it everyday and sometimes post when I have something to offer.
It is true, if you go to the RB board and/or Yahoo board, it is a free for all. No holds barred. That's counter productive and it gets to be nothing but garbage at times. The majority of people on this board have a substantial monetary investment in this company and aren't looking for the high school rah rah stuff, but are looking for meaningful and/or informative posts in order to make prudent decisions.
IMO, I see similarities between VTSI, IPVO, and CXN. These companies have reinvented them selves learning from previous mistakes. CXN has recently moved on to the AMEX going from .04/share to a high of 8.92/share and is currently at 6.50/share. IPVO was .17/share and is currently at 1.23/share and looking to move off the OTC to Amex or Small Cap.
I believe VTSI can do the same, but there are more sped bumps along the road and I feel they will be fewer and farther in between. If i am wrong, then I am wrong, but i will take that chance or I wouldn't be invested with this company. So, let's get back to the class and pertinent posts. Good Luck to All.

There is always risks when anyone invests in the market, but the risks now seem smaller than they were over a year ago on CXN. I see a similar situation with VTSI as with CXN. It seems both companies have reinvented themselves by learning from any past mistakes. IMO The jury is still out on VTSI, but it is appearing that the verdict on CXN is coming in positive. Thanks.
Buddyholly
Raw; that's a unique comparison, seeing as that z-trim is being used to help with the obesity issue. You say that you follow dozens of stocks before establishing a position and do your DD, which is prudent. What keeps you on the side lines when this particular stock has gone up in price from .04 to 8.90 in just over a year and now is in the 6.50's and potetially climbing higher? Thanks.
Buddyholly
Yes, you could say that, but the same could be said for the tobacco industry, beer industry, alcohol industry, etc. Same family, but different varieties of the same product. Wouldn't you agree? Thanks.
Buddyholly
Raw; what about z-bind? Wouldn't you consider that a second product? Doesn't that give CXN another option with multiple avenues? Thanks.
Buddyholly
Raw;
When you say a one trick pony are you referring to Nestle as the one pony? Also, don't you think that with the advantages of z-trim, that Nabisco, Hershey, Mc Donald's, Burger King, etc have a piqued interest? There is also the z-bind product. Don't you think that will attract the manufacturing industry? Thanks.
Buddyholly
Raw; That's an interesting perspective. What indicators are you looking for to take the ride either way? Thanks.
Buddyholly
Raw; I have read your posts on RB and out of curiosity; what is your stake in CXN? You claim to neither hold a position nor are you claiming to shorting the stock. The stock has gone from .04 on Jan 03 to a high of 8.92 on 2/2/04 in just over a year. It has retraced to 4.61 on 3/5/04 and is now around 6.35 with a very good potential to keep rising. Why do you post on a stock that you claim to not have any affiliation with. Thanks.
Buddyholly
Greg; I appreciate your response and input as I do the other posters on this board. I will take your comment about Rusty and I as experts as a form of cyicism. By no stretch of the imagination would I ever claim nor expect to be an expert on stocks and/or investing. Maybe I am reading the tea leaves wrong, but it was only an opinion. I try and not put optimism over facts and/or data, but contrary to the existing scenario, IMO this will get off the ground in a positive fashion. Take care and Good Luck to All.
Buddyholly
Chance is a word void of sense; nothing can exist without a cause.
VOLTAIRE
SirFelix; your points are very valid, but this stock reminds me of CRGQ which struggled until it finally had Z-trim. CRGQ has just been added to the AMEX and IMO, VTSI is following a similar pattern. Both companies have very dedicated CEO's with good vision and the superior product. It's now just a matter of time. Take care and Good Luck to All.
Buddyholly
Business is the salt of life!
VOLTAIRE
SirFelix, what you say is true to a point, but according to Kelly in the paragraph below from the report; don't you think that this will have a positive Domino effect on the stock and it's price? IMHO, I think it will. Good Luck to All.
Buddyholly
I have every expectation that 2004 will be the breakthrough year for the company. I expect both attaining profitability and addressing our "obligations under product financing arrangements" during this calendar year, paving the way for a move to the AMEX or the NASDAQ Small Cap. Our company's personnel have worked very, very hard in moving us to the proverbial "window of opportunity." With the unveiling of the IVR HD series, that window is now wide open, and make no mistake that we intend to jump through it.
Business is the salt of life!

OUTSTANDING NEWS. A new listing and a new symbol (CNX) gives this company an ouststanding opportunity to reach some very lofty goals. It will be nice to be rid of all of the sesame street urchkins that have tried to stunt the growth for their negative motives. Good Luck to all.

Rusty; this is the better board to discuss all of the aspects of CRGQ unlike the RB playground. Besides, once Greg gets CRGQ off of the OTC and on to AMEX or Naz, things will get better and better. Good Luck to All.

The link (www.berkshirehathaway.com/letters/2003lt.pdf) they refer to about Warren Buffets letter is very good. Just wanted to share with everyone.
Also, what type of impact would there be on VTSI, if Warren Buffet would decide to invest in it? Just curious to some opinions. Good Luck To All.

Inside The Mind Of Warren Buffett
March 16, 2004
We have always been admirers of Warren Buffett, who many consider to be the greatest investor ever. During the dotcom era many of the leading financial publications wondered out loud if the oracle of Omaha had been rendered obsolete by the "new economy". Now these same pundits are praising his glory without a hiccup. How quickly things have turned around as shares of Berkshire Hathaway (BRK) reached a new 52 week high of $95,700 per share recently. Just think, you could've bottom fished the stock in the $40,000 levels back in the first quarter of 2000!
All kidding aside, Buffett has been the consummate rainmaker as chairman and CEO (we prefer the title of operator) of Berkshire Hathaway, a holding company that includes such insurance businesses as GEICO, General Re, and many others. Berkshire also owns and operates a number of other businesses such as apparel, building products, finance and financial products and flight services. Included in Berkshire are the investments made by Buffett that have skyrocketed in value. Take a look at the table below:
Buffett was able to turn an $8.515 billion portfolio into $35.287 billion. That is unbelievable when you consider the economies of scale that this type dollar amount requires when investing in companies. The list above includes some of the biggest names in America. The Washington Post investment increased in value from $11 million to $1.367 billion making it a nice 100 bagger.
BRK announced its yearly numbers two weeks ago and the company's profits nearly doubled those of 2002. BRK posted 2003 profits of $8.15 billion, or $5,309 per share, compared to a $4.29 billion, or $2,795 per share, profit a year earlier. Revenues rose by 51% to $63.86 billion and BRK ended the year with $35.96 billion in cash, almost triple the $12.75 billion in cash the company had on hand at the end of 2002.
We recommend that every subscriber print out and read Mr. Buffett's most recent letter to his shareholders. Most of us will not be buying shares of BRK anytime soon but that doesn't mean we can't directly benefit from the wise one. In our opinion, Buffett's annual letter is a must read for every investor. To access the letter, click the following link Buffett Letter, or paste the following address into your internet browser http://www.berkshirehathaway.com/letters/2003ltr.pdf.
The most amazing statistic listed on page one of the letter is the 22.2% average gain in per share book value of Berkshire. This magnificent performance spanned over 1965-2003 which tallies up to an overall gain of 259,485. Now that's a track record that may never be broken!
Just as an FYI, here is what is on bartchart.com. Read into it what you want. Good Luck to All.

FiberGel Technologies Announces That Eastern Illinois University's Consumer Science Department Will Conduct On-Going Z-Trim Products Research
Wednesday February 25, 10:00 am ET
MUNDELEIN, Ill., Feb. 25 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- FiberGel Technologies, a subsidiary of Circle Group Holdings, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CRGQ - News) reported today that the Family and Consumer Sciences Department of Eastern Illinois University will conduct ongoing food studies to measure consumer acceptance of Z-Trim for its sensory characteristics and as a fat substitute in various formulations.
"The ongoing program will provide positive clinical data for Z-Trim in many additional product applications for home use as well as for major food company brands," said Greg Halpern, Chief Executive Officer of Circle Group Holdings. "We believe these studies will play an important role in validating the demand for Z-Trim, and will play an important role as we accelerate our marketing activities and relationships with leading food companies. In addition to Z-Trim's ability to lower calories without changing taste or texture, we are confident this data will continue to show that Z-Trim is far superior to other products which replace or substitute fat."
Z-Trim is a revolutionary all-natural, zero calorie fat replacement invented at the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). It reduces calories and increases healthy insoluble fiber in a variety of products, including cheese, baked goods, processed meats, dressings, confectionery and a wide range of other prepared foods. Z-Trim has been well received by consumers as well as a number of major domestic and foreign food manufacturers as a vital mainstream ingredient for making healthier foods with fewer calories that don't sacrifice taste or texture. Z-Trim Starter and Deluxe starter packs, and Z-Trim refills are available for sale at http://ztrim.com . The Starter Packs contain Z-Trim, an instructional Z-Trim DVD and a Z-Trim cookbook.
