I have doing a little historical price research on VTSI and it is an interesting tale. i went back to Oct of 1999 when the high price was 3.25/share. Since then, it has been a downward spiral with a low of .06 and back up to .47, but basically on a roller coaster ride from teen to .30's. IMO,now that it seems that Kelly and Co. have reinvented things with a superior product and an agressive sales force, that a futre with 3.25 and up is a possibility. How far down the road that this will occur is anyones guess, but I feel ver confident in it.

I also did some research on some other companies and VTSI could very well do the same. They are as follows:

NWIS which was trading at .25/share on 7/17/03 and peaked at 6.00/share on 8/6/03. It fell back to 3.00/share and has roller costered up to a current price of 5.00/share.

CWTD which was trading at 1.15/share on 2/10/04 and rose to 9.20/share on 2/17/04. It fell back to 4.20/share and has roller coasted to a curent price of 4.45/share.

IDSA which was trading at 4.21/share on 2/5/04 and peaked at 47.50/share on 3/1/04 and split 2:1 on 3/31/04. It is currently trading at 15.75/share.

I may be a little too optimistic, but who knows for sure. Take care and Good Luck to All.
