PPS was @ .90 because of the last R/S. Please don't get me wrong. I'm not knocking LVGI, just trying some DD before taking a position. In December's PR, LVGI announced that an R/S is still a possibility.

(OTC Pink: LVGI) in response to shareholder requests about the dilutive events taking place, because of the conversion of senior note holders debt to equity, is considering offering a share buyback. The buyback will be set up not as a cash buyback, but an offer to buy back all shares with an interest bearing note, at .003 (3/10 of a penny) per share plus interest. Shareholders who take advantage will receive a 12 month note for the full amount of their holdings plus 10% (ten percent) interest. Another possible option would be to enact a reverse split. LVGI has received many inquiries about whether or not the company was planning a reverse split and would like the opinion of all shareholders on the above corporate actions, before we further consider taking any actions," said CEO Peter Scalise.
LVGI believes either or both corporate actions should afford LVGI access to better capital sources thereby allowing it to move forward with the distribution and marketing of their SLAM, Limitless Body and Limitless Health product lines. LVGI also believes once the above product lines are in full production and readily available, it will be able to retire all the buyback notes when they mature, should that be the direction taken.
Either or both plans of action need to be fully vetted and approved by FINRA and other regulatory bodies. Our first step however in deciding whether or not to take the necessary steps is to gauge our shareholder enthusiasm.

LVGI is the old ETGG correct? Been doing some background on this one. Over five R/S in previous years. I'm NOT dogging this stock, but is there something I'm missing here? From what I've seen, things just aren't adding up. The ONLY reason that I started researching LVGI is because I was planning on entering a position on Monday. Please prove me wrong because I would love to see this run.

On November 1, 2013, Extreme Biodiesel, Inc. filed with the Nevada Secretary of State a Certificate of Change pursuant to NRS 78.209 to the company's Articles of Incorporation. The Amendment was approved by Consent of all the Directors of Extreme Biodiesel, Inc., on October 31, 2013, pursuant to the authority granted to them. The Amendment incorporated the following changes; A. Increased the number of authorized shares of the corporation's common stock from 200,000,000 to a total of 1,350,000,000 shares. B. The total number of shares of "Preferred Series A Stock" that the corporation is authorized to issue is 100,000,000 shares with a par value of $0.001 per share.

Hoping you're correct. Catalyst news can set XTRM spiraling up @ anytime. This is a long hold for me so no worries on time. Just hope it's soon. Chart & consolidation lining up perfectly IMO.
