On November 1, 2013, Extreme Biodiesel, Inc. filed with the Nevada Secretary of State a Certificate of Change pursuant to NRS 78.209 to the company's Articles of Incorporation. The Amendment was approved by Consent of all the Directors of Extreme Biodiesel, Inc., on October 31, 2013, pursuant to the authority granted to them. The Amendment incorporated the following changes; A. Increased the number of authorized shares of the corporation's common stock from 200,000,000 to a total of 1,350,000,000 shares. B. The total number of shares of "Preferred Series A Stock" that the corporation is authorized to issue is 100,000,000 shares with a par value of $0.001 per share.
