So FORW doesn't own any GVSI common or warrants, correct?

Last I checked FORW was a holding company only. How is FORW now going to get Blockchain assets ? What scenario do we see this all playing out, with Sharp announcing publicly that he plans on retiring soon. 2 of 4 companies will be in play( according to him). What if FORW isn't one of them then it's worthless. Just curious on thoughts( except for the resident perma-bashers).....

Have Sharp tweeted anything useful recently or is just going to disappear up his horses ass ?!! lol....

All HYPE! With soon to be 10 billion O/S on the market and a HUGE RS to supposed listing on NYSE next year( with no revenue mind you), anyone that buys now will get wiped out, unless they can figure out a way to swing trade this...

And soon to be 10.5 billion OS, reverse split will wipe the surface for retail.

Yeah kind of figured. Companies with DEEP pockets will stampede over Foote. The reverse split will be massive and wipe out any short term gains this year...

Thoughts on HMBL making a come back?? Or too much dilution, not enough foreseeable revenue....

It's been hitting "rock bottom" since .05c.....no way HMBL survives having this mass dilution w/ no real revenue paths in sight...

That's what I kinda said and the other poster Keith said I had it all wrong.I was thinking FORW gets warrants in each, but I like the "sub" idea better and makes more sense( especially if Sharp is looking for a retirement strategy). Either way FORW is central company to this plan. Thanks.

Being that FORW is defined as a "holding company", the scenario I see ( and hope ) plays out is FORW does 3 RM's, GVSI, WNFT & SRNW and FORW receives a large chunk of warrants for each( similar to TSNP/FORW situation where FORW ran up to $1.32). With luck one or 2 of these RM's be catapult FORW's SP much higher than the last high. Either way Sharp seems to be walking the walk now.....

When is the next round of B's getting released. What a disaster, from $7 to .0058c !

Don't forget June 1st I think the brakes come off on selling the B shares, no limit for non-founders...

In order for GS to retire "the way he would like", in style, I'm fairly convinced we will see big news soon. His Swan Song. His ego too big to just fade out.

Anyone able to buy GVSI on Fidelity platform?

Thought about selling a bit of FORW around .02 and buying 1.5mm shares HMBL, glad I held. HMBL has a long ways to go before any real revenue it seems. Way too many outs. shares and B holders constantly selling into any uptick until at least June.

Yes that's why I questioned the 60mm. Seems like heck of a lot more. This is Sharps swan song. RM into FORW with the right company and he has hundreds of millions$$$

So at this point it looks like the RM play is w/ FORW and not the other 3? At least in the short term.

Will be interesting to see the company getting merged. Either way things are starting to line up nicely.
