1.1 Million Shares for me

I spoke with Jim last week and he indicated they are currently in process of preparing the audited financials. However, he also mentioned he didn't want to rush the process (which I agree with, b/c they need to ensure the first financials in years are correct). I spoke to someone else yesterday that indicated that the are working on getting the financials reported within the next 90 days or sooner, and they had several other exciting things in the works. I have posted this before, but think it is worth posting again. Management 101 Think in terms of "opportunity cost" - whereby Jim's talent, experience, network, and access to capital is an investment. Why would he focus that tremendous potential and resource (i.e., investment)on turning around a near bankrupt Aloe company? When he could take that "equal investment" or effort and put into ventures that would be far more profitable?

This is a smart businessman and there is some form of extraordinary value here or he wouldn't be working 24/7, per Sam's tweet. Is that a R/M, I don't know, but that would make the most sense considering an IPO would run close to 1M to execute (including under writing). Especially considering he probably picked USFM up for a song and dance and it has an excellent stock structure, previously traded on the NYSE at $20 per share, and not to mention has a marque name (i.e., brand potential) & good existing product line potential.

Do what you like, but I don't argue with success. Especially when it comes at the hands of a man with this type of business acumen. Call it stupidity or blind faith, but I am long and strong in USFM at the tune of 1M shares. I talk to Jim on almost weekly basis and this guy has some excellent plans for the company that are going to take time to execute on. I post this not to encourage people to buy and/or sale, but to bring some comfort to those that believe in this company. Regards, Jim

Amen - can a get a witness :) Agreed, remember this is a stock that originally traded on the NYSE and was run into penny land by a well intentioned, but incapable Ex-CEO. We now have someone with the access capital, capability and experience to move this company forward. So with that being said, for me the future is bright for USFM. Thanks for the post Moviedude. Jim

Just got off the phone with Jim F. - talking about the process of unrestricting my 1M+ shares that everyone doest believe I have :) JOKING. And, he had not seen the stock today and was very pleasantly surprised about the major up tick. I mentioned there must be something going on, which he deliberately had no comment. He only assured me that there are very good things to come for this company in the future, and encouraged me to stay with the company. Solid guy I am very impressed and in this one for the long haul. MNYC and SJJNAMARTIN - don't worry I am going to hold onto these shares till "the time is right" and at that point I will most likely cost average out of the stock. But, my idea of the time being right is at the end of the cycle, I have a clear picture of the financials and the companies potential AND this stock is in the the dollars (not cents). This was my first and only non-structured, well planned investment (i.e., USFM had no financials, not reporting, no solid revenue streams, etc.) so I have no problem with hanging on to this stock, b/c it was just a make it or break it play (because I liked the concept of the company and Yan). Thus my dilemma, I am in no hurry to sell the stock so I wasn't sure if I should be in a hurry to unrestrict the shares, per my first post. Sorry SJJNAMARTIN - I only have three post a day or responded yesterday. Honestly, I have 1,050,000 restricted shares of USFM that I purchased one year and 7 months ago for 1 penny a share. I vowed to hang on to them till the company did something good or went bankrupt. Since that time (yesterday included) I haven't bought or sold any USFM stock. I just enjoy reading everyones thoughts on the company and was just struggling with what to do with my restricted shares. My main concern was 1) if the R/M happened my USFM shares would have no value or 2) that the USFM shares would get diluted in the deal. You guys do an amazing job with your research and like I said I enjoy reading the post. Feel free to ask me any questions, I am real, and I am not here to disrupt the board or process in any way. Made an investment in the company in exchange for stock about a year and half ago. The agreement was that the stock would be restricted for 1 year then eligible to be re-classified as unrestricted after the one-year time frame.

Look I'm a very unexperienced investor. With that being said, I have over 1 million shares of USFM. However, the shares are currently restricted, but they are eligible to be converted to unrestricted shares. Any thoughts (not advise) on if I should work to immediately unrestrict the shares. I guess my real question is if the RM happens will that affect my original shares of USFM stocks? Also, is there something I should be doing to guard against this or protect the original share I purchased? My apologies if this post is inappropriate for this board and thank you in advance for any responses.
