US Farms Inc. (fka USFM)

MNYC and SJJNAMARTIN - don't worry I am going to hold onto these shares till "the time is right" and at that point I will most likely cost average out of the stock. But, my idea of the time being right is at the end of the cycle, I have a clear picture of the financials and the companies potential AND this stock is in the the dollars (not cents). This was my first and only non-structured, well planned investment (i.e., USFM had no financials, not reporting, no solid revenue streams, etc.) so I have no problem with hanging on to this stock, b/c it was just a make it or break it play (because I liked the concept of the company and Yan). Thus my dilemma, I am in no hurry to sell the stock so I wasn't sure if I should be in a hurry to unrestrict the shares, per my first post. Thank you guys for your post and keeping this board up and going. Jimbo
