US Farms Inc. (fka USFM)

Look I'm a very unexperienced investor. With that being said, I have over 1 million shares of USFM. However, the shares are currently restricted, but they are eligible to be converted to unrestricted shares. Any thoughts (not advise) on if I should work to immediately unrestrict the shares. I guess my real question is if the RM happens will that affect my original shares of USFM stocks? Also, is there something I should be doing to guard against this or protect the original share I purchased? My apologies if this post is inappropriate for this board and thank you in advance for any responses.
