I spoke with Jim last week and he indicated they are currently in process of preparing the audited financials. However, he also mentioned he didn't want to rush the process (which I agree with, b/c they need to ensure the first financials in years are correct). I spoke to someone else yesterday that indicated that the are working on getting the financials reported within the next 90 days or sooner, and they had several other exciting things in the works.
