I did the same research and stumbled upon that same website. However, luckily for shareholders, that isn't referencing the same product. Notice the spelling is different and Rejuvel is located in the Miami, FL area not the Tampa/St. Pete area like this other company does.
I don't post on these boards much because of the insane amounts of people like you. Two days ago you are riding the stocks' proverbial wiener and today you yell scam.
I'm sorry you lost April's social security check on this stock but don't take it out on the people who try to make intelligent comments. That is in fact what these boards are intended for. Not for people like you to bitch about a bad trade. YOU bought this stock, nobody else is to blame.
Which part seemed to confuse you Mr. Pleasant?
The problem with this stock is the lack of liquidity. 4 million measly shares brought her down 35%. I wouldn't categorize that as massive selling, there was just no support. I mean look at some of the giant spreads the last few days, even as it made a move. The good part about this is that an upward move is just as easy with some buying pressure.
Not saying it will happen but a nice engulfing candle tomorrow might help everyone to relax.
Later!
Cohen Report Released: .007 target
http://www.baystreet.ca/articles/research_reports/Cohen/frcn-report-022414.pdf
From my understanding, when Cohen Research releases a report it is released to the requesting company (FRCN in this case) before they start the distribution of material. This allows the firm to release a PR stating the coverage from Cohen, their target price, etc.
The actual report would then be provided within the PR. Similar to this:

From their twitter account a few moments ago:
Bad winters make for a great spring & summer, $1.4M in estimates so far in 2014! 2014 is looking good!

Wow all I'm getting out of that convo is that Whitman is $!#%. You called him "Sir" and he was offended? He sounds a little touchy. It could have been a script that he sends out every time since I'm sure some of the texts aren't too pleasant.
My conclusion? Text this scumbag until he has to change his number
Not much bid support, I figured we'd have some chasers on the bid especially when we knocked on the 8's. Either way looking forward to the next couple weeks
Anyone who thinks that made up positive reviews are nonexistent in this industry is delusional. There are so many choices a consumer could make that many times the reviews are the only thing they rely on. Not saying those ones mentioned earlier necessarily are fake, but it happens and I would probably do the same thing. I can name a couple guys on the FB page who would probably do anything Cory told them to do as if he's Jesus Christ with a 6 pack.
Use their presence in social media to your advantage, tell 'em why you're not happy. Go on twitter and trash them, they can't delete those posts and they remain there for everyone to see. Are you going to wake up tomorrow and everything will be good? Absolutely not, but believe me if they continuously get bombarded by shareholders through all means it will send a message. A message even their customers can see.
MSLP .0109 - NEW PR THIS AM!
Muscle Pharm's Assault has become #1 preworkout seller on bodybuilding.com, the largest supplement store and information website on the industry. Up nearly 60% yesterday, look for a continuation of that run this morning. Load up the shares now, 2012 looks huge for this company. A joint-venture brings the MP name into Wal-Mart beginning in February, paired with new product releases and it's continued exposure in the world of UFC. The train isn't going to be here much longer.

MSLP .0109 - NEW PR THIS AM!
One of their supplement products, Assault, has become the #1 preworkout seller on bodybuilding.com, the largest supplement store and information website on the industry. Up nearly 60% yesterday, look for a continuation of that run this morning. On pace to break $20 million in revenue in 2012, she is sure to fly sometime in the very near future.

MSLP +37% this morning. Has been WAY oversold given its fundamentals. Do a quick search on Muscle Pharm and you'll see how fast the brand has been blowing up. You can still grab some less than a penny right now at .0096, but its not going to be there much longer today.
I agree, the lack of liquidity is causing these big blocks (assuming dilution) to take the bottom out. Obviously it's a necessary evil, but unless there's some buyers to support this I think we might continue downwards at least short term. Unfortunate, because the chart looked pretty good as of last week, actually forming a little uptrend. The Q3 release throws a little curveball, anxious to see how we trade leading up to that.
Some of you guys make some good points. Good to see some intelligent posting instead of shameless bashing/pumping. With that being said, I feel as though right now is the make or break period for this company. I understand the whole "branding" idea, but this concept isn't achieved overnight, which is what they seem to be trying. Obviously marketing is necessary aspect, but they are taking excessive to a new level. I agree with their involvement in MMA due to its massive growth, but not these borderline guerrilla tactics. They can't afford it, plain and simple. If they continue at this pace, there is NO way that their sales will offset these expenses. At least not anytime in the coming months.
I've been in and out of this guy recently, and am currently holding shares at around .033.
@fiestyshark Thank god for the "ignore user" capability, because your posts are a complete waste of space. Show some intellect if your going to bash the company, maybe that way you might get someone to actually read what you have to say. Take care buddy.
The 6.7 million in salary and benefits-Are the fighters being sponsored included in their payroll? I'd like to hope that's the case
That's most likely because of the condescending tone someone used in their post and the fact somebody called them morons. Just from reading your last 5 posts, I'm going to assume that person was you.
Do us all a favor and sell however many shares you have at the open tomorrow so we don't have to hear your whining anymore.
Looking at when past 8K's were filed, I had a feeling it would be late. Thing is though, I'm pretty sure the deadline was 5:30 ET. The reason I say this was that I was watching the filing documents coming in around 5:30ET and a bunch of companies filed right up until the end. Thing is, after about 5:31 the only filings coming through are ownership statements, so I don't believe they are accepting anymore this evening.
I'm assuming it will go through in the AM, but still very disappointing.
