I'm with you. I think this sees teens sooner than later.
The merger? I believe that was back in October of last year.
There might be some updates forthcoming after the merger. That's my guess.
Received your note on TPTW. Thanks for the response.
wow. how much did you make off TPTW the last time if you don't mind sharing.
Is anyone concerned that the A/S is now almost equal to O/S?
Do folks see an increase in A/S on the horizon?
Agree to disagree but don't distract from your earlier comment about no shorting in OTc. it happens.
You'll be surprised to know how many people are not " in their right mind".
I'm not sure what you're talking about. Contracting with a manufacturer to products for sale is could be a fee for service arrangement not a royalty arrangement. Where did you hear about royalty?
Agreed. Not hard to figure out either.
what do you think it is?
He mentioned HEPA filters.
Watched the interview live. I heard the discussion on indoor air purifiers but missed the bit about assessing a specific product. In any event the market is big enough for more than just a handful of companies.
I hope you realize that the decision to release the name of the manufacturer is not solely Vystar's to make.
And no, I'm not kidding. I wouldn't want my manufacturer to be bogged down with questions from my shareholders especially the kind in the OTC. No offense.
I wouldn't want my name released as a manufacturer either. You'll have shareholders blowing up their phones.
I'd rather they focus on actually manufacturing.
Also, if you read carefully you'll notice that there's likely multiple manufacturers of the various components of the device.
Mine worked just fine, thank you.
Still reading but it appears EMA is acting pretty shady.
First they file a lawsuit against VYSTAR and then when it came time for discovery (process that allows both parties to acquire pertinent information of evidentiary value through subpoenas etc.)
EMA filed a motion asking the court to rule in its favor (summary judgment) and to pause the discovery process.
What do they have to hide?
Vystar asserts that discovery will uncover facts that are unfavorable to EMA's claims and so the request by EMA for summary judgment is premature.
Still reading and will post more when I can.
I find this portion particularly interesting
"Making matters worse, Plaintiff through its trading actions,
manipulated the stock price of Vystar, harming not only Vystar but every stockholder."
How does VYSTAR know this? If they are able to prove EMA might have some major issues with damages.
thanks so much.
Can you post the text of the tweet?
Someone or rather, some people really wanted it below a penny. In fact one of them promised it would close below a penny on Monday.
I don't think it's for no reason. Perhaps things are taking longer to shape up than we'd like but I think they will eventually.
O.S. seems relatively unchanged. I'm still positive on this after 1 year plus and adding.
It may be more on some items. so it's not like there's no profit to be made with the volume sale they're trying to generate.
Any idea what the markup is on the furniture and how 20% discount will affect their margins?
I think this company has a communication issue but have good intentions.
Unlike some here, I don't think it's all a scam to "sell shares". The A/S and O/S is out there for all to see. Not long ago, the cry here was "why's the TA gagged"? That's no longer the case so those same ppl have changed strategies to bash Greg.
Ppl need to realize that they're on a time line. This is the the get rich quick pump some would like, unfortunately.
no, you're not. I've been on ihub long enough to know not to trust anyone. especially ppl who claim to know things. that goes for bulls and bears alike.
I'm sorry but this is outrageous. You're talking about "stealing" IP like it's a goat or something. it's one thing to claim they haven't received the compensation agreed upon. it's another thing to claim someone "stole" it.
so what's your problem with that message from Greg? Sounds like sound advice to me.
That might explain the one sided chatter on here. thanks for posting.
lol are you serious? Help me understand how they used $800k from the transaction with Libertas to offset a 3mil revolving credit with interest from Fidelity? the math doesn't add up for me.
is it possible that one has nothing to do with the other?
we'll find out won't we?
It takes you to a lien filing by a company in Florida on Rotmans furniture. Your earlier statement is misleading. No indication that Rotmans is liquidating.
some will argue that's evidence that his sole motive isn't to "pump" the stock like many here seem to believe. maybe it's just a case of missed timelines and premature announcements. we'll find out soon enough.
"...BUT I HAVE WAY MORE INFORMATION THAN THIS CHILDISH CHAT ROOM..."
Not sure how you can say that when you don't know what others know. In my experience, the ones that know don't usually say much. Just saying...
You can add to that, the supposed announcement of the ex dividend date which was supposed to be announced a few weeks after the pr back in December 2019.
This company suffers from over promising and grossly missing the target or in some cases, not aiming at all, it seems. This needs to be fixed as it has eroded shareholder confidence.
Thankfully, I believe the people running the VYST are aware of this and will take steps to do just that or run the risk of being complicit in this unforgivable string of puffed up pr/tweets with no follow through or simply, lies.
So you trade VYST based on the past? Interesting
"I had kinda wondered WHY no big company had bought the rights for Vytex from Vystar"
You keep asking this question so I'll keep asking you if you've ever bought something from someone who wasn't willing to sell?
Companies don't just sell patent rights by themselves... if anything, they might provide a limited license.
Don't be so sure. This is the OTC afterall. Shell companies with no revs or assets can fly from sub pennies to $2 in a less than 3 months... pigs fly here. just saying.
I would like to know how their efforts at finding a partner to commercialize Myocell is going. That's the only saving grace here imo. Until the regulatory environment changes in the US the cell therapy part of this company is done for (although the vet business remains).
I hope this means the company is moving in a slightly different direction as I think they should. Kristin did a lot to put this company on the map but I think her hostility and disdain for the FDA is toxic for this company's interactions with that body going forward. I wish her well.
Have you ever bought something from someone who is not willing to sell?
It's faulty logic to think the board was not aware of the impeding O/S increase when they approved 50:1.
