Still reading but it appears EMA is acting pretty shady.

First they file a lawsuit against VYSTAR and then when it came time for discovery (process that allows both parties to acquire pertinent information of evidentiary value through subpoenas etc.)

EMA filed a motion asking the court to rule in its favor (summary judgment) and to pause the discovery process.

What do they have to hide?

Vystar asserts that discovery will uncover facts that are unfavorable to EMA's claims and so the request by EMA for summary judgment is premature.

Still reading and will post more when I can.

I find this portion particularly interesting

"Making matters worse, Plaintiff through its trading actions,
manipulated the stock price of Vystar, harming not only Vystar but every stockholder."

How does VYSTAR know this? If they are able to prove EMA might have some major issues with damages.
