I live in Montana and know MT history well. It would be in every newspaper and on the local news stations over the whole state. There's nothing about it. Zero! There is still some gold here though 17,752,000 oz were mined here in its entire history. 70% of all the gold was mined before 1900...so it has been picked over. My opinion : This news release is shockingly stupid ....someone is probably in a drug overdose unit right now.... or laughing it up on some yacht in the Caribbean, will probably be extradited for stock fraud in a couple years if he does'nt die from an overdose before.
My opinion: The kid putting out pr's for STAL must be on cocaine...I can just see how happy they are selling 160 acres of land with 200 billion+ in appraised gold deposits to STAL for pocket change. This is a good example of a drug induced, party-time insane, entitlement mentality person derailing a train full of lies. Cashed in !...Nice run...done!
Smoke screen talking mining all the time. The real deal is the 51% acquisition of "Digital Payments LLC".....Bashers refuse to reply to or talk about. That is a money making company too.
..eternal pessimism reaps a short squeeze, and then bankruptcy. Can't ever be a long. Its so painfully true...when I was young I was there.
..me thinks they were burned on convertibles getting called in early...not happy to lose out on that one.
..even a old coal mine in the Dakotas recently was assayed for huge rare earth metals...it happens. Totally...
You can and will believe what ever you want to just like everybody. As far as the size of the mining sight. I dont live there, and don't care too. But technology and new ideas are what make the world turn....Digital Payment s acquisition is what I believe is the big ticket here...that is exactly when shares started to quietly be bought, consolidated, and locked up. Before the spikes cam are...e. Look for .50 pps. Do dd on that company and think about whats going on. Convertibles are gone. A hedge fund, insiders, long whales or a combo of all 3 😁 are fine with me. What happens when 80%+ of all the float are bought up at 2% on the way to the arrival price of .50pps. What you get is what you see...once the remaining shares lock up which is going on now...whatever entity owns the most cheap shares may own the 51% stake for possibly .10-.15 % of the value of the stake. That my friend is smart investing and just invites a massive short squeeze to fools that dare to. Kind of funny how close the words ironic and ironclad
I have a college degree in math physics, worked for years in mega high amperage low voltage electrolysis systems, and for over 40 years in low and high voltage power supplies. If you know about what those systems do working in enclosed small batch setups, such as as you can put into 1 semi-truck trailer filled 1/2 full. The company is starting with 40 to 150 max tons. We are not talking in any way 1000 to 10,000 tons. But these setups are custom made, do not leak and don't need neutralizing agents to treat cyanide. But the efficiency is 98%, and its green, and it can be run safely everyday. Lets say you have a current amount of 500 amps at 24volts, and the *patented proprietary chemical and anode processing in a closed system unit of 500 sq. ft. for 24 hrs. ea. day going every day of the year. It won't take long before you see the long term benefits on decent gold bearing oxides. Also realize the oxides have no reaction to the electrolysis, just as iron rust has no value as an industrial product...just on the store shelf as your needed iron vitamin. Only the conducting elements such as gold, silver and copper in their un-oxidized state...ect are effected by the high amp /*proprietary chemical anode system. In my opinion its sheer greed that didn't allow it to be seriously considered in past decades because of corporate slash and burn or cut and run mentality. I certainly wouldn't gainsay it if I haven't actually seriously studied it through for a few decades. I'm not trying to belittle you. It's just at 1 time in my life I didn't reason out why I believed some of the things I have believed. We are in a day of constant experimenting and looking outside the box for answers for serious answers for serious problems created by the health and sociological problems created by corporate cut and run, and Cheers is that they are slowly trickling down into tangible well and overdue solutions for all of us...we have some hope this a good one...KB
The pending 51% acquisition contract of Digital Payments LLC when the s.p. hits .50 cents looms large. Since announced, the buying, accumulation and consolidation really started to ramp. A massive amount, (my est. of 80%+ or more) of STAL shares have been locked up to .0156 since. The other .4944 cents can be squeezed upwards quickly as the remaining (est. of 20% or less) of STAL shares are bought up. Its 1000% from .0001 to .01, but from .01 to .50 is 5000%. So the best is yet to come, and that a much quicker pace. I believe some millionaires are going to be made here. And as with the closeout of the convertible debtors last week, they are unable to capitalize on the last mile (est. of 20% or less) of shares going being taken to .50 as we speak. As the daily volume drops the price is making much larger moves up. The % ratio of Fri. 11/24/23 volume formulates my (est. of 20% or less shares left of the float to be fully taken off the market. I don't care if its a hedge fund, Digipay insiders, retail investors or a combo of all 3. What matters is you can see it and why. Between the Gold Mine Patents and The Acquisition, this may well be 1 of the best small startup runs going. And as far as bashing goes, the learning curve with the SEC is play by the rules. The lesson I saw learned here is it's totally legal to buy up assets of another company at .10 cents on the dollar. Watch, recognize and just start locking and loading, and wait for payday. you can be totally honest and play a smart hardball out of the park. The opposing team will always be jealous when they didn't hit the winning run. Cheers !
My buy/sell algorithm software kicked out a strong buy 2 days ago for HMBL. It has no strings attached to pumpers or pay of any sort...only 36 patterns and algebraic formula. It doesn't care or know exterior fundamentals of any type, has no feelings or emotions, and therefore is not guilty of any thing but being a well trained bird dog. It is saying do not be disturbed, but sit back and enjoy the bullish move upwards. The $50. per month is so worth the saved headaches and losses incurred with my normal poor timing in years past, inherited through my environment. Cheers and God Bless. Hope this helps someone in the things of the coming future.
If beauty is in the eye of beholder, the peer to peer launch....is a sheer launch pad to success. Cheers to years of innovative think tank is the thing that's very clear. This will be a whale of a ride! The county doc is the initiation business contract, and a huge one at that. Thanks for posting it, I hadn't seen it before or I would have bought even more shares before now!
Dont think this bouncing up on a friday. Sideways yes
This market is insane right now! The FED is really playing hardball with bulls. No kid gloves as in times past. Most wont get it. ONLY buy the best in a fire sale...Banks going to loan high risk off, change in mentality needed.
...with 225 mill shares traded over last month, and a nice bit of fear shaking out 20% of those shares for a few days, am ready for more upside. We will see if these .009's hold. This kind of stuff usually happens right before good news. Got to love that..
Exactly, because they have already been issued. They are already part of the current float once issued. If not the entire OTC would be 10x's more insane. It's the unissued preferred that kill everyone when misused.
I can't believe it, Sorkin learned his lesson and moved on. Made some rookie investments with dilution to expand the company. But finally realized what he was doing just was sheer lack of impatience, when all he had to do was help the business name he works for survive and keep going. He's quit issuing shares on Fridays like long ago, quit issuing shares altogether before the whole world ended up hating him. But when the general market goes into deep selloff mode and ACGX stock tanks out, its still the same amount of shares, and they are still in business, they have acquired more incoming accounts than than they have lost or turned over. They have low PE and the company is worth more than the market cap in a selloff low. So its a great flip for the patient at heart after all is said and done years later. I have never once lost money on ACGX ever...maybe just because I'm a trader, but I watched it tightly and at least always knew it would never go bankrupt with the accounts they can generate cash through in the windy city, that is a huge prosperous place...just take care of your clients and they will take care of you.. Good luck to ya...
Just curious, after all these acquisitions the last few years, exactly how much are PHIL assets total really worth now...shake-down value ? Is it too spread out to get a handle on ?
$8,000 worth of weak hands on the ask in bear market w/ a 2 mill market cap and tightly held shares overall is ok with me. Will add on dip and wait out the storm as the rest of the whales.
You have that right....??????? X's
...blastoff absolutely ! I see .0015-.0017 consolidating by end of March with .002's coming by end of May, possibly sooner. Then mid year massive upside once .002's have a great footing. The update of more expansion of Govt. services will usurp all of my charting to the upside much, much sooner, and the Monster will appear and pull the launch pad lever! Cheers.
...looking great here, going to add more before the next bump up. Doing a great job of consolidation. Once the .002's are up and solidify the booster fuel will be loaded...Huge!
Buy .50 strike puts every time it hits resistance over .40, take gains and put in 2 buy orders 30% and 50% below for one of the support level selloffs, cash in the momo in 48 hrs for 1/2 of position and a 2 penny trailstop for the rest. Rinse and repeat...outsmart this AI run beast.
So sorry to hear that, just came back to look at this ticker from 5 years ago. The gifted empty building in Phoenix which after doing a "lot" of diligence back then, apparently looked like it was sold...and the cash is probably... I won't discuss where the money trail looked to have lead to at the time. But anyways, I had bags elsewhere that were worse. I do well though when I adhere to a strict buy low, sell high or at least some form of higher...even if its only $50. I can spend it or have more leverage down the road. I have dumped numerous tickers for a loss of only $6.95 to $50. and ride momo till the pennant looks weak, sometimes I give back all but $50. But the 30%-50% 3 day trades we had the month of Jan this year were great. Am afraid though that the Fed intentionally wants the market to collapse more to rein in inflation..( because the inflation will kill the defense budget) unseen players there, but most of us know and its absolutely not a conspiracy theory, did peeps notice last week that Mexico and China refused to have joint meetings with the U.S about shipping drugs into our country. Have seen have numerous documentation from space of China freighters unloading raw supplies to the cartel at makeshift ports off the Yucatan. Anyways...it looks it may a good year to just do those 3 day trades here and there and then keep one good one or more out there to wait out the market and keep selling calls for income. Good luck to you in 23'
Agree totally...also am thinking of the chart very carefully, and once .002 has been taken and consolidated, I'm thinking the sky is the limit. That 100 day moving average may have low to zero resistance...we shall see. Another thing that will be something to watch, is the rate of expansion in those Govt services. The infrastructure for a massssssssive amount of cash flow is in being tapped into at a very nice rate thus far. Last ,but not the least important factor and a great one in my mind is to have that happen in a possible period of recession considering the client involved. So recession or not, we are getting ready to ROCK !
....Well, one thing seems to be proving out that remains very interesting, and that is,...that while the charts are showing higher highs and higher lows slowly and steadily happening...the consolidation is bringing more tightly accumulated shares with lower volume on each move up. Don't know who it is, and frankly don't have to know... because the main thing is..."THAT"S DOWNRIGHT BULLISH"...Cheers!
Totally agree on that being a good color of metal.......
I hear you. I watched the last 3 reverses since Sima became involved, and only nibbled at low trips this x around. Everywhere I watch them go the last 10 yrs this happened, but that's the nature of building a companies from scratch the ground up. Even so they don't have too many shares at the moment to make a huge run if they get everything on the dotted line with cash seed money up front to good faith fund the deal and don't need to fund with more shares. Spot stainless has dropped enough to make a difference in the total grand scheme of things too. It take smart sales manager and CEO to not cave in $ work together when it comes to hammering out up front cash for a make or break commitment. The last thing to do is wipe investor confidence in having hope that averaging down has any worth left doing. I think they care about it or they wouldn't have mentioned it....so they are listening. The economy right now is truly in a rock and a bit of a hard place. But its doable and could really be a legit play. Never invest more than you can afford to lose, and even the CEO warned investors that. So that's already been mentioned as a caveat.....Cheers
Totally agree, higher highs and higher lows. Good sign of consolidation.
That sounds good, it moves up like the float is definitely not bloated...I like what I see happening. I dont know who is accumulating, but they are not for sale !
Well at least they haven't gotten back into issuing shares anymore...and they are making a nice profit. That's admirable, considering all the garbage for sale that will never turn one ever. I think Sorkin learned his lessons a few years back. Nice to see you are still around.......cheers
...also it allowed CVS to sweeten their deal by taking shares off the market at a discount from $9.5
I think you may have hit it right on, something big is looming in the very short distance...also I had a typo error...the 14.5 mill shares was for the whole year off 2022 up to Jan 1. It was a slew of insiders most likely getting some type of incentivized bonus plan in place....but what was noticeable was they really weren't selling any.
Last year after CVS pulled out, at the end of one of the articles was a short simple sentence..."Humana is still interested in CANO"....what are they willing to pay? who knows. Do they have a lot of cash? ........so why did the CEO buy 14.5 million share buyback near $1. Who knows, but that one we will find out soon !!!!!!!!!! Cheers
..been watching a long time, a whale of a lot of shares under the bridge.
What do you all think is the actual float? It does seem like there is some fundamentals that give this huge upside, namely the debt should be paid off from a few months back. Also I looked up the spot price of those 11,000 Nvidias they have as coming in at 20 mill vs 40-50 mill new. Some at the data center working are for the US Gov...if Uncle S. if pleased with the perfect location, security, and smoothness of operations...the entire center may end up being used for Govt services in the not so distant future due thru expansion, what are the chances to say that the Govt would buy out the company, employees and all. I have subcontracted for the Govt services in the past and personally watched them buy even the associated land property just to keep it as a long term asset and reduce lease payments. Would be in copper easily. The current uptrend started slowly but surely, exactly when the news of Govt services contracting came a few months back. Cheers
Yes...that would really that spike the stratosphere with lots of GREEN !
Agree absolutely !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Monster PR today. Long time coming...HUGE!!!
...not to mention, once a healthy relationship is developed and then well managed with your long time banking fave, the can takeover and a guarantee of zero dilution going forward is in play....Takes a lot of discipline to build without overextending ones self.
....and then give fixed amounts of issue, only if needed for raw materials till reimbursed, then buyback shares with proceeds from sale. A interest free supply acct used properly, and no more dilution of any type. That would be the perfect catalyst for a profitable company...who knows, the skys the limit once a turn around gains momentum!
CEO releasing pr of no shares issued under .05 for remainder of 2023 would blow market cap through the roof...much better cash flow coming, much better news coming !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
