...blastoff absolutely ! I see .0015-.0017 consolidating by end of March with .002's coming by end of May, possibly sooner. Then mid year massive upside once .002's have a great footing. The update of more expansion of Govt. services will usurp all of my charting to the upside much, much sooner, and the Monster will appear and pull the launch pad lever! Cheers.
