The pending 51% acquisition contract of Digital Payments LLC when the s.p. hits .50 cents looms large. Since announced, the buying, accumulation and consolidation really started to ramp. A massive amount, (my est. of 80%+ or more) of STAL shares have been locked up to .0156 since. The other .4944 cents can be squeezed upwards quickly as the remaining (est. of 20% or less) of STAL shares are bought up. Its 1000% from .0001 to .01, but from .01 to .50 is 5000%. So the best is yet to come, and that a much quicker pace. I believe some millionaires are going to be made here. And as with the closeout of the convertible debtors last week, they are unable to capitalize on the last mile (est. of 20% or less) of shares going being taken to .50 as we speak. As the daily volume drops the price is making much larger moves up. The % ratio of Fri. 11/24/23 volume formulates my (est. of 20% or less shares left of the float to be fully taken off the market. I don't care if its a hedge fund, Digipay insiders, retail investors or a combo of all 3. What matters is you can see it and why. Between the Gold Mine Patents and The Acquisition, this may well be 1 of the best small startup runs going. And as far as bashing goes, the learning curve with the SEC is play by the rules. The lesson I saw learned here is it's totally legal to buy up assets of another company at .10 cents on the dollar. Watch, recognize and just start locking and loading, and wait for payday. you can be totally honest and play a smart hardball out of the park. The opposing team will always be jealous when they didn't hit the winning run. Cheers !
