Re. Eagle Oil..my personal view here is that

A) the siler lease is probably gone (see latest qtr filing)
B) but the siler family could now mabye try to take EGOH over "on the cheap" and push Wilmot out - that would be truly remarkable no?
C) the Barwicki deal always looked fake imo unless Barwicki had a genious fantastic hidden internet site that he would have put out post R/M
D) at a fraction of par value the risk reward looks acceptable imo
E) maybe the whole carnage was somehow orchestrated.. maybe..in that case why ?
F) reverse merging with a good private company is of course the best option imo
G) I think the stock added zeroes quicker than the dilution warrants

the MUCH MUCH BETTER version(?) of "inplays.com" when clicking on the "advertise with us" tab keeps me thinking

wouldn't you wait for internet companys' valuations to increase (Facebook a sign?) BEFORE launching a new idea and when you think the time has come put it into a LOW SHARE COUNT shell to get the maximum of upside out of it ?????

..sell some assets, get rid of the debt, maintain a LOW SHARE COUNT and start the business ?

question 2 : if not who can ? the field operator ?

question 3 : what are the REAL issues here ? hellish bureaucracy, lack of money ?
