BUT..you are missing a few points here..

A) your link lists corporate information with a list of Officers which gets re-freshed once a year.. so recent changes are not reflected there - next re-fresh is april 30th, 2014

B) A/S got amended before the previous management change

C) A/S doesn't mean O/S

D) we don't know the new management's intentions re. O/S
