the MUCH MUCH BETTER version(?) of "inplays.com" when clicking on the "advertise with us" tab keeps me thinking

wouldn't you wait for internet companys' valuations to increase (Facebook a sign?) BEFORE launching a new idea and when you think the time has come put it into a LOW SHARE COUNT shell to get the maximum of upside out of it ?????

..sell some assets, get rid of the debt, maintain a LOW SHARE COUNT and start the business ?

all speculation of course from my part..just trying to imagine what is really going on
