so now it's a full year eh?
you started out with a few months, and over the course of about a dozen posts, you have now gone to a full year.
that's great! when you get that time accelerator device patented, maybe you can pump it up on the boards?!?
can't wait until you actually post something that is a verifiable fact, hopefully it won't take another year (aka 2 days).
imo this one is HO's signature moment.
it's oozing with truth.
of course you like it! you like everything weisel.
you like that there is already a guy named Bob Ballard, who actually has some experience with the technology, market, etc., though for whatever reason hasn't sold much of anything in years, and he gets paid God knows how much in base + bonus?!?
so hey, let's use our best judgment here for this little beleaguered company and hire ANOTHER person, at who knows how much salary, bonus, etc., to sell what Ballard hasn't. of course, her expertise is hosting open houses at overbuilt swampland condo developments, but hey, maybe nobody will notice. geez, and hopefully nobody will pick up on the fact that she's also part of weisel's wife's "church." oops. too late.
have you noticed you can post whatever you want here as long as its related somehow to the company?
you stick with the "positive" and i'll try to find us s'more factual info... mmmmmmkay?
let's see if we can "make the impossible a commercial reality," just you and me and 123!
weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!
have at it!
speaking of pretending, have you seen this new 123 guy who keeps saying the stock is up $.03 at $.08?
guess he doesn't know about how it gets rounded at the half cent (or he does know and he likes to lie-lie-lie-lie-lie), or how the bid, which is really all that matters here, is still at $.065.
but yeah, c'mon all y'all, let's pump up the positive baby! weeeeeeeeee-heeeeee!
THE BID IS UP TO $.065 EVERYONE AND THEY JUST HIRED A FORMER REAL ESTATE AGENT TO DO THE SAME JOB AS BALLARD!!!
to da moon i say!
so if a post adds "nothing to increase the value of INRA..." what should we do with those unpleasant pesky little facts that don't "increase the value of INRA"? maybe we should just lie?
how about we just say stuff like this:
"We looked at our capital requirement and decided it was a better value proposition to the Company and its stockholders to raise the money at a fixed price rather than relying on selling our stock into the market."
is that positive enough for ya? does it even matter to you if it's true?
typical.
please feel free to post your "opinions," whatever they may be. you ask that i respect yours, but you in turn demand that i simply "liquidate [my] position, and move on," apparently because you don't like the content of my posts. don't read 'em.
you and your ilk can't practice whatcha "preach." you want your opinions to prevail unfettered. but that is all they are, opinions. no links, nothing substantiated, just a desire for more "positive dialogue." provide all the sunshine you want. nobody is stopping you. heck, nobody stopped Mackey for years...
i'll stick to facts.
isn't this basically the same as Ballard's job?
"make the impossible a commercial reality," she sounds like a real estate agent... oh wait, that'd be because SHE IS A REAL ESTATE AGENT!!! and she's a member of weisel's wife's, ahem, "church."

your second post reads more or less about the same as your first one. back in January, when the company had likely dumped about a million shares in an S-8 right after New Years, you posted the following:
"It seems that they are heading in the right direction (if they are in fact pursuing new IP acquisitions), as well as developing good working partnerships with companies such as Microsoft and Mesa Robotics."
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=16098344
about a month later information surfaced that showed that the Mesa relationship had ended. Mesa continues to work with Raytheon, but not Innova. anything related to MSFT has everything to do with CoroWare and nothing to do with Ft Myers, except that Ft Myers somehow managed to convince Coro to be acquired.
today you wrote:
"I would ask that we stick to the business of discussing this business rather than attempting to make it out to be a pyramid scheme, scam, or some type of consiracy against shareholders."
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=21478701
i would submit that if any of these scenarios that you just suggested are what is happening or has happened here, message boards like this one are probably the most important means for shareholders to communicate about those things.
by all means, start a board on google, HSM, Agora, or wherever else you want. the more the merrier.
Past is Prologue.
"Why is your focus on yesterday?"
so now you've been an investor for almost a year, eh?
please make up your mind.
your "focus" today seems completely inconsistent with that of just a day ago:
This is not a short term play IMO...YOu will need patience and time to realize the potential here. That was my thought when I first bought shares in this company...Buy them..and hold...
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=21451862
minute-by-minute stock quotes -- or -- "not a short term play"
please make up your mind.
do you have links for any of the stuff you post about?
help out us less sophisticated investors.
only mentioned it once and it demonstrates that you don't enjoy being tricked by slimy executives.
you also encouraged people to contact the SEC.
didn't you recently post this?

To report scamgags to SEC go to SEC website: www.sec.gov and then under Investor Information there is File a Tip or Complaint link. GLTA...
What seems to be happening here, after sucking in all the money they could from Xxxxx shareholders, and building solid, what appear to be profitable company, they try to shed the skin and forget about Xxxxx. Both companies stocks are dead, none is trading. Don't know what's going on but it smells rotten...

what country? weiselopia?
your ruse is completely transparent IMO. but by all means, feel free to post whatever you want 123. just don't expect to convince anyone by using this wolf in sheep's clothing routine. it's all about as believable as weisel being Bill Gates' friend. IMO.
who knows, maybe that warfare to oil and gas transition you seem to be suggesting will work? Veep Cheney and "W" seem hopeful for their similar strategy. or maybe Darnell's rumored healthcarebot thingy? hey, it's the talk of the town at the Lee County Hopsital! maybe a robot car wash? or a robot fast-food staff? what else might that crafty weisel have up his sleeve?!?
you want to see the company perform well? don't terminate "numerous" CoroWare employees. don't close CoroWare Test Laboratories. be honest with shareholders. how's that for starters?
i think you are probably an insider, or are closely connected to one, and probably won't ever publicly acknowledge or recognize that something constitutes "analysis" unless it is framed in some sort of pumping. so much of your babbling bluster defending management misdeeds and blunders is not even worthy of serious response IMO. As for any supposed "ridicule," my posting record clearly shows that i have held CoroWare in high esteem because they have worked hard to produce results.
as for the newspaper's 2 lines - it's from TODAY. why didn't you post it, you're in Ft Myers, right? so are the "monkeys" at News-Press, btw, but you probably already knew that http://www.news-press.net/CS/index.php?general_contacts
maybe we'll see more fluffy nonsense like that PR piece in the SW Gulf Coast Biz where weisel apparently claimed he was Bill Gates' "friend," and made the BS remark about how Softee had been trying so hard for years to get on the factory floor (or some nonsense like that)? or maybe somebody like former Sun Sentinel reporter-columnist Buddy Nevins will eventually dig into this story? maybe there already are reporters looking into the company and management's supposed "outside-the-box" vision that you cherish so dearly?
DoD? How much innova largesse has already gone to A$hcroft? show me anything measurable/tangible that is attributable to JA's $10K per month + stock + options. How many Coro engineers could have been employed with that $$$? OR, how much of the misleading Cornell loan-sharking could have simply been avoided? Now that Mesa is gone, what exactly is JA doing for the company? anything? maybe some of those super-duper secret projects so often rumored about? DoD FCS commitments seem to be scaling back significantly, and most of the major choices have already been made. please explain how weisel and JA are going to make any real inroads, especially as the American political pendulum shifts left of center in the post "W" era.
so now you think the company should pursue oil and gas market opportunities? the weisel strategy of (or at least publicly claiming to) pursue every imaginable angle of the bot world all at once is really humming along eh? industrial, service, military, healthcare, etc., etc., sheer strategic and tactical brilliance. perhaps a cash-strapped company should rid itself of its excesses and focus on that which actually generates revenues? perhaps it should narrow its offerings to market niches in which it can actually compete effectively (for example, Arrow noted the sub-contract market, which as i understand things, has already been an area of some success for Coro). perhaps one area where there might have later been a significant knowledge advantage (JAUS) was shut down, while weisel was busy overpaying for the Fleming boondoggle. IMO.
so 123, what are your thoughts about rahodeb?
you're sure?
you claim: "I'm sure Innova can tell what areas are making money and allocate resources appropriately."
do you realize that the rev figures you cited come from Coroware (based in the Redmond, Wash. area), yet the 10K noted the Ft Myers brainpower terminated "numerous" Coro employees? Coro represents about 95% of the company's reported revs. some clown yesterday claimed there are 60 total employees, but there is nothing out there to support that.
then Ft Myers put more $$$ into the SW Fla Gulf Coast swampland and bought some IMO dubious proposition in the form of a husband and wife CNC garage (to the tune of about 3/4 of a million for a garage lease, 4 employees, and what else? some tools? 1,200 supposed "accounts," and an amateurish website?). this and other decisions IMO do not seem to be motivated at all by a legitimate plan to maximize the business opportunities, but rather to continue the Ft Myers "lifestyle" for those who feed from the trough and produce little or nothing in return. IMO.
and around that same time they secretly scuttled the Coroware Test Labs based near Carnegie Mellon in Pittsburgh and still haven't publicly disclosed it.
gee, CNC or JAUS? which more closely represents the future of robotics?
I'm sure you're wrong.
Stock surge bypasses SW Florida

The stock market has been on a steady roll for the first half of 2007, but few of Southwest Florida's publicly traded companies have been able to ride the wave.
The Standard & Poor's 500 index grew more than 6 percent in the first six months of the year and the Dow Jones Industrials and Nasdaq each gained about 7.5 percent. In the same time, however, 10 of the 16 publicly traded companies based here ended June trading lower than six months ago.
And some of those with gains have simply reclaimed ground lost in 2006.
The reasons for the losses and gains are as varied as the companies, which include national players like luxury homebuilder WCI Communities Inc., women's clothing company Chico's FAS Inc., and Source Interlink, a magazine publisher and distributor.
The companies may not be market behemoths like those represented on the Dow, but together they employ more than 49,000 people nationally and represent market capitalization of more than $9.4 billion.
That diversity is reflected throughout Florida and is key to the mixed results, said David Kamm, an investment adviser with Raymond James. Some sectors are moving strongly while others, particularly builders, continue to struggle.
"I think we are still being controlled by the currents and not by the tide," said Kamm, who writes a column for The News-Press. "If you are in a strong current, you are moving well, but otherwise, you may be stuck."

hey chunga, didn't someone recently refer to you (and the other shareholders on iHub) as a bunch "unsophisticated bashers" on the phone?
3 newbs all posting within 90 minutes:

Raynell1 - born a month ago http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/profile.asp?User=103745
it's all so totally transparent, and here is a nice moment where Harry and i are on the same page!
interesting name choice R/S, and hey there new "123," any relation to golfy123?
over 60 employees eh? about 20 or so @ Coro and 4 @ "AL" where are the other 3 dozen or so? please cite some sources R/S.
making money eh? you mean as in turning a profit? thought with all the various bloating that is the Ft Myers "lifestyle" that the Coro revs got burned through regularly. and if they are actually "making money," why would they not have paid off Cornell, instead of watching as the market cap was cut by > 75% or some $15M?
according to their most recent PR, on July 10, "Innova operates through four subsidiaries, Robotic Workspace Technologies (RWT), CoroWare Technologies, Altronics Service, and Innova Robotics." http://www.marketwire.com/mw/release.do?id=749911 but according to the newb known as "R/S" there's only three? maybe someone should ask the receptionist? hey golfy, would you please take care of that when ya get a minute? tia!
maybe this new R/S guy can tell us what really happened to CTL? ya see, the receptionist isn't talking, and the company likes to keep this stuff hidden from us until we dig it up from other sources and then they still keep quiet about this sort of development. so please tell us what's the deal as of today with Brainerd? Agora? Mesa? Ashcroft? Wachovia Robo-Cop financing? BattleScript? whatever happened to these things? and of course let's not forget ABB? http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=21361749
and to this Darnell persona, any futher "investment" in Lee County swampland further demonstrates the level of insanity that has run amok there already. every freaking available penny should be deployed to further the goals of Coroware, which has actually been generating top line results, and growing those revs respectably Q-to-Q.
IMO this little stunt today just seems to further illustrate the depth of the contempt that various entitlement-minded members of management have for retail shareholders. and the complete lack of brainpower -- like we won't see through this?!?
according to one guy up the food chain, we're all just a bunch of "unsophisticated bashers" here on iHub...
whoa -- scary futuristic robo-repo man in Dickens-like setting with a human head and a Freddy Kreuger hand!
not too sure how his stool isn't sinking into the sand, but my robot is actually smoking something.
is this the guy?

"a guy with a green shirt standing outside smoking something"
maybe that was one of the posters here, smoking something?
according to you, snail is lying.
snail said:
"stopped in at pine ridge today around 2:30. they have not moved and are occupying the offices and wharehouse. talked to receptionist about rumour that they moved, she found it amusing. mentioned share price or lack of and was told to keep faith that things where happening. you responded:

how could you possibly know if snail was lying unless you were there yesterday at 2:30?
and if you were there, and in a position to know if snail did or didn't stop by, then what should people think about the many times you posted that you were not an insider?

then there are these posts by stormy455 located elsewhere
17 Jul 2007, 06:43 PM EDT
"Hey Harry I went by inra office on pine ridge before and it looks like they may have moved out of the left side of the building. The right side looks to have active office equipment but the other side looks vacant to me. It was only about 5:30 and the whole place was dark and closed. I looked through the glass doors and nothing but a bunch of empty old boxes and garbage on the left side of the building and dark offices on the right side. Did they PR anything about moving the manufacturing part of the business off of Pine ridge rd."
19 Jul 2007, 05:26 PM EDT
"Go there and look through the glass door and see the old broom, empty old dirty boxes, the old, looks to be broken toy car on the dirty old broken desk in the old vacant side of the building that they call a business."
don't know for sure who's lying, but the posts by you, snail, and stormy455 cannot all be true.

You guys dont have a [X]'ing clue do you. Cornell "redeemed" shares, they didn't convert. It was all spelled out in the SB2 filing. They redeemed at 95% of the volume weighted price over the preceeding 30 days, then they sold at the high price. They've done nothing wrong or illegal.
As far as approving the reverse split you had no chance of not getting it approved. The insiders hold so much stock that they didn't need anyone on the outside to vote for the split - they had enough votes to get it approved on their own.
So why don't you all quit your whining and get a life.

Ahead of the Bell: Intuitive Surgical
Friday July 20, 8:40 am ET
Intuitive Surgical on Pace to Open at All-Time High After 2nd-Quarter Results Top Expectations
NEW YORK (AP) -- Intuitive Surgical Inc. shares climbed in premarket electronic trading Friday, a day after the company reported a larger second-quarter profit than analysts expected due to greater demand for its da Vinci robotic surgical system.
Greater sales of da Vinci systems and accessories sent Intuitive's profit up 84 percent, and earnings per share rose to 79 cents from 44 cents a year ago. Sales increased 61 percent, to $140.2 million.
Analysts polled by Thomson Financial expected a profit of 66 cent per share on $124.1 million in sales.
HSBC analyst Mimi Pham raised her year-end price target to $198 per share from $146 on the results. She said Intuitive's management increased its sales forecast, predicting revenue will grow 45 percent to 50 percent for the year. That implies a year-end total between $540.4 million and $559.1 million.
Analysts expect $524.9 million in sales, slightly above the company's previous forecast of 40 percent growth, or $521.8 million.
Pham said the company has unique technology, and thinks it will not have any direct competition until 2010 at the earliest.
"We have increased confidence in the company's ability to grow its installed da Vinci robotic system base at both new and existing hospitals, and to increase the number of procedures performed with da Vinci," Pham said.
The stock reached an all-time high of $150.97 Thursday before closing at $150.08. On Friday, shares rose $23.67, or 15.8 percent, to $173.75.

that hardly equates with "old money" IMO.
nonetheless, here you are again insinuating something underhanded about the destination of the ABB settlement. are you just making stuff up, or have you actually heard something?
not according to snail
"they have not moved and are occupying the offices and wharehouse."
why don't you swing by there tomorrow and you can be the tiebreaker? that is, of course, if you haven't already.
so this would be false?

geez. used "old" 5 times in that sentence! what do you make of all that Harry?

Coro's Jon Mandrell article
New sensor and MCU technology are key to nextgen robots
By Jon Mandrell, CoroWare Technologies Inc.
Embedded.com
(07/19/07, 13:31:00 PM EDT)
Constructing a robot back in the "good old days" was a difficult, error-prone and time-consuming process. Sensing the environment was achieved with devices built from discrete components, many of which were never designed to effectively function together.
The processors were small and lacking sufficient power to gather information from multiple sensors and subsequently process that information.
more >>> http://www.embedded.com/showArticle.jhtml?articleID=201002310
Refco brokerage collapses, gets delisted, SEC investigation, gets sued, goes bankrupt, gets bought out by UK-based Man Group.
Man Group renames its brokerage unit MF (aptly named imo), including the Refco assets, and floats an IPO for 4/5 of the equity on the same exchange that removed the RFX listing a year ago, and does a debt offering.
"It was what I call the poster child for a bailout," said Francis Gaskins, president of IPODesktop.com in Marina Del Rey, California.
http://www.bloomberg.com/apps/news?pid=20601087&sid=aBw.vzHfPmvA&refer=home
I'm left wondering why the Man Grp didn't do the IPO on the London? Isn't that the argument du jour? American exchanges are supposedly too "strict" and all the new IPOs will flow to London. Meanwhile, Man Grp is a UK firm and it IPOs a "new & improved" Refco under the ticker MF (which is trading below the IPO price on its first day, btw).
what's the deal w/pineridge clip - vacant or not?

where are the Ft Myers weisel monkeys to refute the rumor of the pine ridge building being emptied out (or at least half of it, according to that rumor).
they closed up CTL without telling us (don't think they have ever admitted it actually), so it sure seems possible that they moved out of half of the pine ridge space and are hiding it from shareholders.
what else is being hidden from us?

okay kids... please no more "shut ups," "pooping pants," name-calling, etc.
please find a way to articulate opinions about the company, stock, management, fundamentals, financing, products, prospects, partners, etc., without necessarily pushing the TOU envelope.
thanks in advance!
just checked out your profile and it's filled with sub-penny scams the SEC has already gone after, or at least gone after (alleged) scamsters connected to them - Pacel (who knows what its symbol is today, endless reverse-splits like Raven Moon), HIET, etc., as well as scammy promotions like BANY, GZFX, PLNIQ, etc.
is this just a coincidence?
