so if a post adds "nothing to increase the value of INRA..." what should we do with those unpleasant pesky little facts that don't "increase the value of INRA"? maybe we should just lie?

how about we just say stuff like this:

"We looked at our capital requirement and decided it was a better value proposition to the Company and its stockholders to raise the money at a fixed price rather than relying on selling our stock into the market."

is that positive enough for ya? does it even matter to you if it's true?
