You guys dont have a [X]'ing clue do you. Cornell "redeemed" shares, they didn't convert. It was all spelled out in the SB2 filing. They redeemed at 95% of the volume weighted price over the preceeding 30 days, then they sold at the high price. They've done nothing wrong or illegal.

As far as approving the reverse split you had no chance of not getting it approved. The insiders hold so much stock that they didn't need anyone on the outside to vote for the split - they had enough votes to get it approved on their own.

So why don't you all quit your whining and get a life.
