Anyone know what's going on with FEAC? It's scaring me a little. It's not responding the way I would expect considering a merger has been announced. Skillz seems promising enough so I'm not sure why there is such a lack of interest.
I look forward to seeing the proposal for reorganization. That will give us a good idea of the real direction this is going.
One thing I know for sure is that equity needs to be represented during bankruptcy. If we're not we will most likely get nothing.
Whether an equity comity is formed or, at least, if there are some strong writers in the bunch that are willing to write objections and then go and testify to the fact that information was given to some before the masses then I think it will at least make it difficult on them.
I for one fully plan on writing an objection, if it does not look favorable for equity, but whether I'd be able to make a court case would be up in the air.
I will most likely put a call out in an attempt to find someone that has collect information from the board on the fact that trading has taken place due to insider information being given to clients (and maybe others) before it was released to the masses.
Sorry forced out was not the best phrase. I've just been curious about the quality DD folks like nodummy and playerone that were involved (even asst mods) and then one day they were gone. No longer posting and no longer mods.
I've probably been reading too much WAMUQ and my head is clouded with conspiracy.
I'm also very curious about whats going on with SLMU. I sold a bunch at a loss when it started moving a couple of weeks ago but kept enough to end up making some in the end (I certainly didn't see that coming after the RM was announced).
There hasn't been a lot of pumping on ihub and quite honestly very little posting considering the type of positive movement it has had over the past two weeks which really seems fishy.
The other thing I've been curious about is the fact that there were some strong and respected DD types that used to give insight on the SLMU board and they all just disappeared.
I am curious to know why, were they forced out?
Hey the old mod is back. To bad it didn't do this last year when we were expecting it.
Got out today selling my last 50k at .49.
The sad part is if I still held all the shares I held two weeks ago it would be worth 150k. Oh well still did much better on this than I thought.
Good luck to all of you and I hope there are still some that are holding from over a year ago that really do well.
see ya.
Wow and to think I almost sold early last week for .015, granted when this started moving on friday I sold 150k at a loss but sold another 50k today to move me into the black. 50k left and will let this play out a little.
I think the powers that be are moving this up (and will keep it up), they want this to be a $4 or $5 stock after the R/M not under a buck. It will be easier to have others help them take this to .40 or .50 than it would have been to take it from .17 to $5 post R/M.
This will give them much more leverage and power to use the new 500,000,000 A/S structure to make some of the buys and mergers they have been PRing.

If you guys create a brand as successful as apple or coke I'm putting a Sass memorial solar powered fountain in the back yard!
Of course, as everyone has already mentioned, we all must be part of it before brand really matters.
I have a good feeling about this boys and girls. The mere fact that J. Salamon filed anything with no mention of payments missing gives me the warm and fuzzies.
Sass, thank you for being a part of this board. Your level headed approach and your relationship with this board are the only reasons I'm here. Please don't let a few disgruntled day traders discourage you from remaining a part of this thing.
It sure sounds as if you have something personal against Mike M.
In fact it's my opinion that you are probably the same person that was posting back in January which prompted Sass to get involved with this board in the first place.
So you disappeared for awhile and now your back most likely because you know there is good news coming and you can't stand to see these guys succeed.
It seems your name is pretty appropriate for your disposition. Let me tell you a little trick I’ve learned. I can navigate around my account without looking at my total value. It works great if you can't stand seeing your temporary losses.
As far as slapping the ask it really isn't worth the effort. As soon as you push it up where you want it some antsy flipper that got stuck in this one is going to unload and push it right back to .08 but whatever if that artificial price gives you some sort of high I'm not going to argue (it makes my account look better too).
Really what it comes down to is this: If this R/M goes through it is my opinion that you will make 100%? 200%? 300%? Or more on your investment in a couple of months (how long would that take in a bank account? But your bank account won't drop) and if it doesn't go through.... well then you'll really want to stay away from the total value in your trading account!
There are two thoughts I have on this stock that really make me like it's potential.
1. This is the most under pumped penny stock I have ever seen (I know the penny flippers out there hate this but I love it. It makes me believe this actually could be more than just a quick trade).
2. The fact that Sass is part of this board. Look he has been involved in the solar industry for over 20 years. I have seen no DD that has suggested that he has taken part in penny scams in the past and it would make absolutely no sense for him to start now. Plus he is passionate about his industry; just go spend some time reading his blog. It is both intelligent and thought provoking.
One final thought: The final payment for SLMU was contractually to be made yesterday. Personally, I'd really like to know if that deal is complete.
Thanks ND, I always appreciate your insights and superior researching skills.
I agree the only benefit I could come up with was if he has been able to unload those 8.9 mil. shares over the past 2 months. Question, if he did take possession of those shares yet never filed and then sold them wouldn't that be a SEC violation?
I'll be honest I bought into SLMU, and continue to hold a stake, even after your early DD work. But a couple of things in the past week has really made me question my wisdom on this.
As you said not making the small 20k payments doesn't make sense and then yesterday Sass, on advice from his lawyer, emphasizing that he is not officially the director seems odd at this point.
If I could only figure out a concrete benefit of going through all this and then letting it fall through. But as you said that really is the million dollar question.
Also, I wanted you to know that even though there are those that don't like you posting on their boards. I for one want guys posting on both sides of the aisle and appreciate the work you do, thank you.
Hey Guys, I have a SLMU question. Can someone explain to me what, in your opinions, these guys would be gaining by working a R/M angle with no intention of closing the deal.
It just seams to me that these guys have some sort of relationship with some larger companies and don't really fit the profile of penny stock scammers.
I realize that some of the SLMU players do have some failures from the past but I'm not sure I buy into the idea that it translates to this deal.
Any schooling you could give me in understanding the benefit of this really just being a big charade would be helpful.
Thanks hp. I know it has only been a few days but you are staying on top of things and doing a great job moderating.
Wow this is great news. I'm ecstatic I got 30k additional shares today. Can't wait to see what happens tomorrow!
Thanks Sass, your words are reassuring!
Thanks for your response Big, and I concur with your deductions. I think what I'm trying to get at is not an actual date but more a sense of calm both for myself and the board if this thing drags on a little.
As investors I think we all would like to see this taken care of in the next couple weeks and if Sass can provide any legal insights that provide reassurance then all is good in SLMU land.
Hey Sass,
Thank you for your response. The biggest reason I'm in this thing is your demeanor. You carry yourself admirably on this board and I respect that.
Your response is interesting
Considering that fact that
We all know there will be little 0f substance released tomorrow. Just some ideas and thoughts to consider moving forward.
My best guess is we will float up and down over the next few weeks before settling back into the .30s.
However I am hoping there is some news that is perceived as bad that will send Fannie spinning out of control into the low teens at which time I will load up and ride it back to the .30s.
I'll be honest I got out today. I couldn't sleep last night so I knew it was time.
If there is great news tomorrow (such as the government converting to commons) and it flies to the moon I won't sleep tomorrow.
Oh well this is the game we have chosen to play.
Good luck tomorrow to all you hardcore longs out there and try to get some sleep tonight.
Whoops Aud you messed up your post should say Go Eagles and SLMU!
